This episode clearly reminds experienced market students of prior periods when companies used a name change and a strategic review to goose their share price, only for the stock to prove just as big a turkey as it did in its prior incarnation.

The so-called “‘onics and ‘tronics” tech boom of the late 1960s in America is one, the dotcom bubble on both sides of the Atlantic in the late 1990s another, and a rash of names with “blockchain” in them earlier this decade is perhaps the most recent example.

It doesn't occur to you I suppose, Moneyman. that if a company is a dodgy company, anyone knowing it is will always post 'negatively' - just as people who know it is will always post the same opinion. There are only 8 companies on AIM with a market cap greater than the £930 million a £3.50 QDE share price would be.

Do please tell us Mr NeverMaidIt where QDE will get the £928 million it needs to take its current assets to that figure ?

If you can't tell us, you are blatant liar, and a criminal, fraudulently trying to induce the inexperienced to buy. On conviction (easy to obtain with the evidence of all your posts) - up to ten years in jail, and an unlimited fine.

CEO Krugel has consistently misled investors into thinking it is a normal co receiving the income from its generators. It isn't. Its a 'project' co - using 'Special Purpose Vehicles' (look it up) to fund their construction by outside investors and banks. With no funds of its own, it means gens are overwhelmingly financed by outsiders who take the overwhelming part of income and profit. Pyebridge is the only one QDE will eventually own outright, only after 2029 when the current £1.5m-£2m loan from Riverfort is repaid. Until then it has little over to pay to QDE and cover its overheads. Any others will have even less to contribute. It means NO INCOME (to speak of) for the share posters on here own - which is only QDE(and not the generators) and has very little value on its own - as will be shown in the accounts next week.

This is vital information witheld from investors is verifiable in all QDE's documents but never acknowledged by PK in his presentations - leaving investors who don't read them misled as to their real, almost worthless investment.

It is glaringly obvious in the crazy 'valuations' some on here are coming up with.

It is terrifying that people on here have to be constantly reminded of this hard reality. Ask yourselves why that is the case.

So why not re-wind your life to August (what was the share price when you (unlike us) jumped aboard this ghost train ? ) and do something else. So Kind ! How many times has it been pointed out on here - from easily verified QDE and Mast published info - that the 'revenues' of the generators are earned in their legally and financially separate from QDE "Special Purpose Vehicles" and as such are of no relevance whatsoever to any valuation of QDE. You've also been told why. Which is that they are separate companies with separate financial structures and outcomes to QDE

But of course you have never, ever, taken any notice of anything here, but plough on brainlessly with a completely illogical and financially illiterate fairytale narrative - unchanged in the face of evidence piling up.

Talking of trust. Do you know that the promises Mr Krugel (and his oppo) made at (and before) his 2021 listing, have seen an equivalent share price then of over 600p, turn into the current magnificent one ? Ask the goodhearted trusting investors who bought then whether they are still goodhearted.

What a fool you are Mr Zen. The figures (all taken from QDE's announcements and documents) have been given here showing that its generators contribute only peanuts (if that) to QDE - which is the co you are invested in. You are not invested (except extremely remotely and very fractionally) in the 'money making' machines you think the generators are. It has been shown here time and again that the generators can produce very little cash after repaying their bank loans or the the majority of what little is left to their outside owners. Which means that QDE will struggle to cover its own overheads.

But, then, everything you (and a number like you) post shows you understand very little, let alone the numbers. Best if you stick to the dogs, or the geegees.

Well Well. Yet another fund raise. The lemmings have never heard of this phenomenon of course. QDE's plants aren't profitable enough (proved by Pyebridge's performance) to produce a surplus after the cost of the bank loans and the investment outsiders have to provide to top up the little QDE can contribute. It means that 'expansion' is always matched by shares in issue expanding, so that earnings per share never grow, and so neither does the share price. It happens when a company doesn't care about its shareholders, but only to provide a gravy train for management. Its characterised by never ending share issues. So it is we have yet another 17% dilution after 19% only 2 months ago

The accounts next week will prove the point. Most lemmings won't understand them however.

Tell us please what it was that caused the shares to shoot up to £2 in the first place, and a market value bigger than most on AIM.

As you say the 20MW (Pye,Hind,Bor) are all SPV's. Between them they owe about £8m to banks (No exact figs yet for Bor) 8 yrs repayments at 10% (Hind is 12%) will take £1.5m pa. 20MW will earn about £5m pa revenue and some £1.5m pa profit. All very 'back of envelope' !

Can he explain how the SPV's will 'pay' £1.5m to QDE ?

As for 50MW. Where is it ? QDE has 5 in no 5MW 'sites' in Kent, bought for peanuts. They will need the best part of £20m to develop.

Can Mr Mont tell us where the money will come from ? If funded the same as Hind they will, again, have almost nothing to pay to QDE. Meanwhile QDE will have to contribute at least £2m of its own if to have any share at all, needing to issue (lets be optimistic) 40m shares (at 5p ?) adding to the 223m already out there. -e another 17% dilution (in return for ? Nothing ?)

And we have the mysterious 7MW 'nearly up and running' Midlands site !. Again costing peanuts apparently. So what snag is there to spend (as there were for Pyebridge) to get actually running. And if its bought for, say, "2 million ? - Why does PK think the same size Pyebridge is 'worth' £10 million ?

All trades and 98% of posts here are by tiny punters, and their knowledge of the company as shown by their posts is almost zero. QDE's CEO PK has a long history of big hopes, ZERO delivery, and economies of the truth about QDE's true company structure. Because (as you say) QDE never has had any money and never will - as will be shown in the 2025 accounts next week - PK has always obscured the reality which is that QDE DOESN'T OWN ITS GENERATORS. Except in the case of Pyebridge which owes at least £1.5 million to financier Riverfort which it will take until 2029 using all its income to repay.

Because QDE has no money, All other generators have had to be and all in future will be, financed around 75% by outsiders, plus large bank loans. They are all separate companies - "special purpose vehicles" (to enable them to attract funding from outsiders) - whose income and assets are NOT AVAILABLE TO QDE, but whose profits (only about 25% of the revenues trumpeted by PK) will in practice almost all have to go paying off the bank loans, leaving very little over to pay anything (by way of a dividend after their year end) to QDE who will only have 25% of it. In practice it means QDE itself will have very little income to cover its own overheads for the period the loans are repaid which is usually 8 years.

It means QDE is practically insolvent (not enough liquid assets to pay creditors) let alone with anything to finance more plants itself, so that its shares are worth only their asset value (if that) which the accounts will show is probably less than 2p per share. That dodgy financial state is why someone (guess who) has thadt o manipulate news and sponsor bogus research (look at the history) to keep them artificially high. As for a company like QDE with no real track record bringing plants into operation (Look at how longand expensively it has taken to get Bordersley and Pyebridge into production (7 years for the first and three for Pyebridge) being asked to supply a major AI project, "ye're avin a giraff !"

There are over 650 other generators in QDE's current market alone (something PK has never admitted, pretending he is the only 'early mover') , all of which are backed by financially strong groups or institutional investors. They'd brush PK off their cuffs without noticing.

DO A LOT MORE RESEARCH, make sure you understand financial accounting, and you will run a mile.

No. You've got it wrong. Pyebridge £400k Q1 'revenue' is worth only about £100k 'profit', which is all needed to repay Riverfort's circa £1.5m-£2m loan. On top it is 'earned' by the legally separate SPV, so anything left after repaying loan has to be paid to QDE by way of a taxed dividend agreed by Riverfort after the full financial year end. In other words QDE will get nothing except peanuts until at least 2029/30

But Krugel needs cash. Ask yourself what he might be doing to get it.

Market cap now £11m against net assets around £2m and no net cash and no income to speak of. Thoughts someone wants it 'for its listing' aren't logical. Anyone wanting QDE for its 'listing' will discover it's worthless because stiil effectively 'Standard' market status which is not regulated to level needed for Aim or the full market. A buyer would have to spend on a full, much more truthful prospectus which PK has obviously been resisting because would reveal QDE's business model is crap. People paying this price will discover the same.

Always followed by BUST (for anything related to PK).

The fundamentals for QDE are that NOTHING is feasible that deserves a share price more than 1p. And even that would be risky.

QDE has NO INCOME and NO MONEY to achieve any of its boasts. If any of its wheezes were to come to pass it will have to put up multiples of cash that it doesn't have, which can only come from persuading shareholders to put up multiples more cash at a share price fractions of now.

Lemmings, punters, shareholders whatever you call them, will be DILUTED out of sight.

But it seems whoever started this spike has some ulterior motive, unrelated to the real value of the company. The lemmings might perpetuate the rush. But reality will strike at some point. When it will be BYE BYE to whoever has been punting the last few days.

And good riddance.

PS. This spike has been set off 1) by the Voxmarket cast which added absolutely nothing to what has been cast previously, but immediately followed a big buy last thing day before - raising red flags for anyone who's not colourblind and 2) boosted by illegal re-posting of the fraudulent price puff of last year which PK was forced by the regulators to disown. Reposting it is a fraudulent inducement to invest - see fca's message below.

Heading for the cliff edge. Noticeable the only ones pushing this have arrived here only recently; obviously know nothing about the company; seem to have no experience anywhere else; have been misled into thinking generators income comes to them; don't understand that 'aspirations' are not contracts, or even discussions about contracts; that of PK's many 'aspirations' since listing five years ago, NONE have led to anything. At least six have quietly disappeared and current data centres have funding needs way beyond QDE's grasp.

But you can't restrain little children chasing after the cake they think they've been promised - until it isn't.

What AI Data Centre income will that be for shareholders then Mr Oiler ?

Do you know how much a generator for whatever data centre wants to sign with a near bankrupt company will cost ?

Do you know where the money will come from ?

Do you know how many QDE shares will have to be issued to raise it ?

Do you know what bank or other loans will be needed as well and how much they will cost ?

Thought Not.

PK will almost certainly pretend QDE has cash.

The only cash QDE itself might have is if something has been sold we haven't been told of, or he has run up even more debts with suppliers or lenders.

He will therefore pretend that any cash Pyebridge has (from revenues before paying for gas or paying off Riverfort's loan) is part of QDE.

It won' t be. If he pretends it is he will be lying about QDE's financial state. Pyebridge is a 'Special Purpose Vehicle' which has its own separate assets, and obligations, and they are not available even to its owner if it owes debts to others - as Pyebrridge does to Riverfort and to the gas man.

So as predicted here by posters who bother to understand the company, QDE will be shown as insolvent in the forthcoming 2025 Report and Accounts.
