This is a rehash of the fraudulent press puffs (emanating from obscure Caribbean countries) of last August which even Krugel warned were scams. Anyone reposting them here is guilty of publishing fraudulent inducements to invest - a criminal offence attracting an unlimited fine and up to ten years in chokey. Even at the present 1.9p, QDE is valued at double its asset value, which has no hope of increasing much over the foreseeable future, because the plants don't generate enough cash after repaying the loans and outside funding necessary to build them.

It is apparently via AI which only trawls what is published, which for Mast/QDE is only the fraudulent ACF junk, because no other reputable analyst or journo will touch what they recognise is a pile of ordure puffed by a CEO short on truthful disclosure.

Well Now. We have someone punting £12,000 at last minute yesterday before - what a coincidence - todays 'announcement'

Which wasn't anything new at all - repeating the same of a few months ago when the shares quickly unwound their spike.

And again, a mysterious coincidence. Up pops again, the long debunked - shown as false and misleading - grotesquely absurd ACF 'Research' 45p odd 'target'.

Krugel behind it again ? Just as he was back in the summer. ACF research is the worst most incompetent most obviously fraudulent out there as any analyst or accountant will recognise (and has been comprehensively debunked on the Mast board months ago) . It is not regulated by the fca or authorised to disseminate 'research' either. Mugs chasing after a company 'valued' at double its asset value, no profit for at least the next three years, and no money to achieve its 'aims'.

If it does want cash to do so, current shareholders will be decimated by dilution at lower and lower share price as they have ben for the last five years.

But there's no stopping a lemming rush - until it stops.

Mr Invester you've been told there are at least another 650 gas peak generators out there - all owned by financially strong companies who don't have to 'own' their plants by way of spv's financed by other investors and banks.

There's not been a single 'new' rns about any fresh 'projects' since last July - and that one hasn't materialised. There are still only three in building from more than 2 years back - who won't generate enough for QDE to cover its overheads. Kindly DO NO LIE Mr Oiler or you will be reported .

As for Krugel, he has never admitted that the generators' 'revenue' accrues to different companies, overwhelmingly owned by others, and together owing more to banks than QDE's market cap.

As usual. Absolutely nothing new, except another porkie. Slithered out is the 'suggestion' (mumbled)that QDE is "on the LSE 'Main Market'." It isn't. Its on the LSE 'Equity Transition Shares', which are cos that were 'Standard' Market (the least well regulated with no Nomad to ensure truthful and complete announcements) which has now been abolished (for the cesspit that it was) 'pending' the LSE deciding where to put its denizens - which for QDE certainly won't be where a Nomad would forcer PK to be more transparent.

When Krugel puts himslelf 'about' you can be sure he is 'out' for cash. (desperately needed) which will be more bad news for shareholders.

Notable there is still no news re any contracts. Thats because anyone signing needs to see Krugel has cash to deliver (even if a small amount). With no cash, no contract. With no contract, no cash.

As for 'non-dultive' funding. Yes, Its non-dilutive for existing shareholders (diluted out of sight already anyway). But is also 'non-contributory' after repaying the necessary loans (over probably 8 years) and after 75% of what remains going to the other funder.

Don't expect the lemmings buying today to understand that though.

The 'market' doesn't 'value' anything Magic. Shares are bought and sold according to demand, which isn't always there in particular markets for particular types of share. There obviously just isn't the demand at the moment for Kefi's particular type to push it up to where some 'think' it should be. Maybe enough demand will materialise one day. Meanwhile there's no point whinging about it. I see the other day a beautiful antique bookcase went at auction for about 1% of what someone 'thought' it should be. Sorry. That's the way things are.

What 'projects' would they be Mr Oiler ? Only the three that Krugel has painfully and erratically and very expensively (for shareholders) got together in all of five years (after two years before listing). And we know (those who can read financial reports) they won't deliver any cash for QDE shareholders for at least four years while their debts are repaid. There are a few other 'sites' bought for the peanuts representing what they're worth. And another one 'said' to be in negotiations to buy (from 8 months ago). But the company hasn't the funds tp develop them.

So do explain, please, what use it all is to QDE shareholders.

Looking in again after the warrants scam. I see the shares dull, boring, bumping along. Completely as expected. Why ? Because like QDE (ex Mast) the business model (lots of unpredictable mining wheezes spread over zillions of shares) can never deliver much value per share. Just as for Mast, the warrants were a desperate ploy too help management hang on to a lifestyle they knew can never deliver value per share. The naive have been stuffed - again.

Sorry Danny. If its lucky the company might survive. But it will be by the skin of its teeth because its generators aren't profitable enough to generate the cash needed to fund expansion. It means many more shares being issued together with heavy borrowings, which will prevent the share price rising. Thats where dishonest companies bent jut on keeping their salaries going bamboozle the inexperienced by promising 'growth' but not explaining that shares in issue will have to grow too. I hope you know what 'dilution' is and what it does to share prices.

Sorry Tug. Re GGP. I have been following in detail and analysing all feasibility studies and available numbers ever since its beginning which shows that the latest DFS for Havieron would have badly reduced its NPV if not for the rise in gold meanwhile. It means any valuation that depended primarily on Hav is far too high. It is only the recent gold surge coinciding with Telfer finds that have rescued it. The question no one can answer is how much there is at Telfer and the cost of mining it. Its irrelevant that some institution have been (very) late in joining in the party (all due to the gold price surge) because they were holding off for the reason I've given. It still means the pi's have been dominating the valuation, and you can expect the institutions to be ready to jump off first. Kefi looks a far better timing bet

Except that GGP has been dominated by private investors from the very start, who have set it on a overvalued path. At present its long term valuation for Havieron is far to high even at high gold prices. But in the short term GGP has been given a big lift by Telfer (and the gold) whose long life and profitability can't be counted on.

Anyone can post here whether they're invested or not Mr HopeAgain. This isn't a members club. Its for comment - hopefully informed. Anyone's reasons for not being invested are just as valuable as anyone's for the opposite.

There are not 27 analysts 'following' this disaster. There is only one self-styled not qualified and not regulated paid-for outfit named ACF Research paid to not notice that 'revenues' go to outsiders and only a tiny share of tiny profits to QDE, and that it has no money and no signed contracts but only an incompetent CEO with a loud mouth. This smacks of the fake press puffs going around last year in the wake of the warrants scam and anyone peddling it is guilty of the criminal offence of making fraudulent inducements to invest. The accounts soon will show that QDE has made no profit and has practically no asset value, yet the 'concensus' pretends it is c£90million. But the mugs are happy to dream. And most probably PK is desperate to pump before dumping yet more shares - or trying to.

You show you haven't and can't understand QDE's published numbers, nor what they mean, nor how to project them forward.

So why not toddle back to where you're happy playing with lego or something. And don't keep giving the fca their excuse to ban giving investment research to private investors - 'because they can't understand it'.

How do you know how many 'on here' own stock and how much stock ? Hasnt it occurred to you that those on here account for only a tiny proportion of the approx 213 million shares out there ? (many- those who took the warrants- probably in N America) And that most left holding it have probably lost interest. A few of us post on here because we don't like to see naive punters being swindled by a poorly - practically un- regulated outfit like QDE, getting away with monster porkies and monster theft from original shareholders through its own incompetence. Doesn't matter if a few deadheads on here don't like what we do, and who obviously don't understand what they're mixed up in.

If he had got the £15 million and the site up and running, its c £600,000 pa net profit after tax including the capacity payments would have been 'worth' 0.15p per the then more than 400m shares, deserving a share price of about 0.75p (for a limited life depreciating industrial asset). Another Big Deal!
