A mere £350,000 to acquire a 'developed' 7MW 'site' requiring 'only' limited spending to get into production sounds like fantasy. I expect the fairy godmother Krugel was talking to has vanished along with the £'15million' he was expecting from the warrants.

Monty. No. I don't think Riverfort will give Krugel any more rope. They've already lost a packet on the Mast shares they had in return for one of their previous loans, and Pyebridge is the only armlock they now have on him. They originally, and foolishly, backed Mast (and Kibo) as a 'lender of last resort' charging high interest and expecting (if Kibo or Mast went bust - Kibo did) they'd get the asset (ie Pyebridge and others before) cheap. It is merely to protect their Pyebridge investment that Fortified Securities (owned by Riverfort) took over the only brokership, and its the only reason they're staying for the moment, now that previous long-standing broker Novum saw the light and resigned. Riverfort could still foreclose on Riverfort and resign too, in which case QDE will lose its listing, and lemmings their investment.

Always a pleasure Monty ! That means £4.7m of the £10m Krugel needed from the warrants wheeze has probably been lost (no chance of the shares getting above 4p in the future, let alone by July) . Having boasted he would get £15m in total (to pursue his dreams) he's only received about £8m, (vs the c £5 million balance sheet black hole back then) . He said a lot of that was to be for Bordersley but, lo and behold, it has now had to be financed by Balance Power (we still don't know the full terms) and shares had to be issued a few weeks back in lieu of creditors bills, which means he's still strapped for cash.

As I've said, he saying now he's got cash can only be because Pyebridge is piling it up temporarily before paying bills and/or paying off Riverfort's loan. He said 'until August' so look out for another cash raise - probably after the accounts where he will use smoke and mirrors to show things rosier than they are in order to tempt in the lemmings again. Not that there can be many numpties left to scrape off the bottom of the lemmings barrel.

4P. Krugel for the moment seems out of regulators' reach (although there is enough evidence for the separate City of London Police, that he was behind the 'fraudulent inducements to invest' (a criminal offence) which were ACF and the false international press puffs). Meanwhile QDE (and Mast) are on the transitional market (formerly Standard) which is not regulated by the fca who expressly washed their hands of monitoring it in Masts 2021 listing document. Krugel is a UK chartered accountant and would be struck off if he didn't publish the bare minimum of info in the required annual report. He (or predecessor) actually promised in the 2021 document to abide by the spirit of regulation, but in the event hasn't done so by a very long way. Which is why so many punters still haven't tumbled to the fact that the revenues accrue to the SPV's and not to QDE because Krugel always refers to them as if wholly part of QDE when they are not.

He is now saying he has enough cash until August. But that is impossible for QDE itself, and must refer to Pyebridge holding on to surplus revenues before paying for gas or paying Riverfort the approx £500,000 pa towards its c £2 million loan. Yet another mirror to add to the smoke he generates to hide the truth.

What a fool. Who are 'they' making the money Mr Oiler ? Any infant can find out its not QDE. And it knows the 'money' isn't profit. Presumably you're an adult, so why don't YOU know ?

Monty. Likely to be the same close buddies who benefited from the same warrants wheeze at Metals1. Same dodgy Puerto Rico fixer of the scheme in cahoots with Vancouver PR outfit Fairfax Partners who Krugel (ie shareholders) paid an admitted (never before heard of for PR for a small co) £2 million to 'promote' Mast to overseas investors following the warrants wheeze. Met1 admitted a mere 5 insiders got their £4m of pre-paid warrants at 4p - who are estimated to have cleared over £35 million cashing in on the subsequent 'Fairfax induced' rise in the shares. It was the same, only bigger, for Mast and those 5 individuals, in order to put up the initial £1million each must have been promised a rock-solid profit by selling into the same Fairfax (and ACF ;Research' ) fraudulent share price puff. Krugel denied Mast had anything to do with it, but there was no other reason for anyone other than Fairfax to have generated all those fraudulent press recommendations (still continuing until recently)

All this was reported to the fca at the time by more than one persons- but the fca couldn't be bothered.

Its why now that the whole scam has unravelled and seen for what it was that no one in the City of London will deal with Krugel, and almost certainly why broker Novum resigned a few months ago with no announcement by Krugel as is madatory for any listed company. When his new 'partners' find out they won't deal with him either.

So those 5 individuals either now control QDE or have kept below disclosable holdings (of which there are ways and means) or have sold out in despair.

Relying on the co's guidance ? Look back at its 'guidance' in March 2021. And every so often subsequently- particularly June/July '25.

Some key statistics economists (if they were to bother) and at least two fully qualified accountants/business analysts will point out about Pyebridge. The lemmings don't of course DO numbers. So this will be pearls before sw-ne. But here goes

PK says 8.1 MW.

Er ! - But only 5.4 MW actual operating acc to his past statements. It will cost at least £1.2m to get gen 3 operating., taking total cost so far (inc initial acquisition) to at least £7 million. And need another 2 years profit from 3 gens to pay for.

Even at £285,000/MW once 8.1MW operating (if ever), profit inc capacity payments no more than £750,000 (before tax and depreciation).

That is a derisory c 10% return on a depreciating, limited life, industrial asset. It shows why financing it with loans costing more than 10% is mad and ruinous for shareholders. And that no competent business would enter into such a deal. Competent businesses would demand at least a 20% pa return. It only a Del Boy would bother with Pyebridge (and the others)

About £400,000 net profit for the latest 12 months. Slightly less than needed annually to pay off what is owed to Riverfort up to 2029. Considerably less than needed to fill the balance sheet black hole to be revealed in a month's time.

Monty Re Pyebridge 'value'. Ignore anything PK claims. He always inflates by showing a NPV of projected profits. His Boss at Kibo even claimed Bordersely (then unbuilt and unfunded) was 'worth' £25 million using that bogus basis - which a look at any financial analysis site will tell you is totally inappropriate. PK has learned from him.

He claims Pyebridge is 'worth' £10 million (when it only cost £5 million to build) That's ignoring that it owes c £2 million to Riverfort. The fact is these peakers operate in a limited life very erratic and competitive market, so any 'second hand' value would be low. Its because they are cheap that PK was able to get into the market in the first place.

Note just one thing from the June half year blurb. 'Record' January revenue c £200,000 - was followed by the next five months c £500,000 - ie half the Jan rate. Yet PK always 'projects' using the highest monthly revenue (when summer revenues ar less than half winter's) But after all - he is Walter Mitty personified.

Correction. Sorry Typo. I mean its Riverfort - not Powertree financing Pyebridge. Powertree is financing Hindlip. Funny that after the hype a year ago that Powertree would finance any others, it has melted away in the face of Bordersley. Funny That

Monty. The £870,000 is the annual repayment of a c £4.5 million loan of which the half year interest of £177,000 will be a part and the rest capital. So that's not particularly fishy. What PPK doesn't tell you is that £870,000 in the previous 12 months is practically all the profit. So nothing over to speak of for Powertree or Mast. That will continue until the £1.9 million remaining loan is paid off by 2029. Which is why Mast/QDE can't expect much income until then. It will be worse for Bordersley and Hindlip. So continuing losses or marginal breakeven only. And if PK wants to fill QDE's balance sheet black hole and/or have cash to spend on any more plants he's going to have to shaft shareholders again - big time. He probably won't get away with it again unless he gets away with spinning a big yarn about data centres for the few remaining lemmings to swallow - oops ! - isn't that what he's doing already ?

They are quite simple and understood by anyone pretending to know about how industry connects with the stock market and pontificating about shares (where you seem to have been wrong about all the others you've tried). You don't seem to know. So what WE know is that your posts on here since jumping in, brains in your all-knowing boots last year only to be shown consistently as clueless, has been a complete waste of time and space, and just an empty little head trying to attract attention. Do you not understand di-bo- NeverquiteMaidIt, that a company with negative money wanting to 'expand' can only get it from one place. No outsider will give it money 100% free even for a 'joint' venture. Because you don't know why I'll tell you why. It because they insist that a 'partner' takes some of the risk which means having a strong balance sheet. Do you know how to get a strong balance sheet ? Because you obviously don't know I'll tell you. Its by raising large amounts from shareholders. Then you'll see how far from the bottom you've been. (Thats even if PK can actually get a fund raise going, bearing in mind he couldn't last July and still hasn't got what he needed. Do you know why that is ? Has it occurred to you that no one has wanted to give it to him ?

You need funding, backing, credibility, reputation, track record, examples, friends in the City, a strong balance sheet, and a reputable broker and PR firm, to get anywhere near starting to achieve those dreams. PK has lost all or failed to achieve any of them since listing. No one will deal with a man who resorted to the warrants scam at stupendous expense to his own shareholders ('funding reset' - is a typically brazen evasive sleazy euphemism for his bull)

Whose shares are now almost twice their asset value

And making losses for at least the next three years - and peanuts afterwards if lucky.

I don't think anyone can know. PK might or might not have hedged his forward gas price. Trouble with hedging is you might be stuck if hedged the wrong way, so the alternative is to just ride the market and hope for the best.
