Had an interesting chat with a business associate of Chairman Lord Waheed Alli who asked me if I thought that he was too bothered when the share price of ASOS fell to 4p (now GBP 75) & ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES IN THE HISTORY OF AIM! Shorters getting a bit desperate here lol! Obviously haven't a clue about the Chairman Lord Waheed Alli, the media mogul & one of Britain's richest & most successful entrepreneurs. He has invested 10's of millions of his own cash in the technology & brand. He will continue to do so. Do you guys understand demonetisation & the GST? I very much doubt it. Being very well connected in India, let me tell you that it set the e commerce sector back 15 months or so. All is now on track with India growing at 8% pa, the fastest growing major economy on Earth. It is the last frontier of e commerce. Do you guys understand how companies scale up growth in a nascent economy? Again, I doubt it- but I tell you what- Ex ASOS Chairman Lord Alli does!!

I wonder if the new Non Exec Director Chartered accountant Nina Amin MBE has been looking at the books here & advising on streamlining the company to cut costs. Looks like they've scrapped their Middle East operations as all products have been removed from Souq.com. Another poorly thought out idea from the bumbling CEO MARY TURNER, who surely now has to go. Not sure why they don't employ a young dynamic Indian who actually lives in India, instead of someone who clearly enjoys collecting air-miles and has totally screwed up here.
