Hardman & Co have categorically stated that there will be a trading update this month. I expect this to coincide with the first tranche of funding. Who knows at what price, although the analyst who wrote it Jason Streets has hinted a few times in his analysis, that it could be at 25p. I will be looking at heavy director involvement & will keep a very close eye on CEO Mary Turner, to see if she puts her money where her mouth is. Still can not believe that this proven failure is still in her post!

This is exactly why the big boys are queuing up to get a slice of the last frontier of e commerce on Earth- the fastest growing major economy- India! As the analyst at Hardman & Co pointed out to me, Not only has Lord Alli a large holding here- over 20%, but his reputation is at stake too. I agree that Nick Robertson was instrumental in making ASOS & unfortunately, the current CEO Mary Turner is no Nick Robertson. She has mislead shareholders with her optimism, waffle & BS, not even having the courtesy to update the markets/ shareholders with regular trading updates. She has seen the share price drop from 80p to 5p. A trading update is due this month (they've already said it will be poor). I'm hoping this will coincide with funding news & hopefully the departure of Turner. She is well out of her depth in India & couldn't give a hoot about shareholders concerns. Koovs needs to appoint a young dynamic CEO based in India.

Sad to see those who bought in at the IPO of 150p & lost their shirts here & elsewhere are still venting their bitterness on here. It's a shame they don't use their energy to recoup their lost money elsewhere. Bitterness really will not help. The bottom line is that Koovs has enough cash until beginning of July FACT, so need to further scaremonger guys. India is on the cusp of a digital revolution & Koovs is in the right place, right now! I agree that Demonetisation & the Goods Service Tax (GST) set the Industry back 18 months- but that was out of Koovs hands.

With the funding news & trading update, I wouldn't be surprised to see a boardroom change. I'm expecting CEO MARY TURNER to be given the boot. She has been a total disaster, with all her waffle & BS! Misleading shareholders & the markets with her over optimism. She has seen the share price drop from over 80p down to 5p. ALL SHE HAS DONE IS COLLECTED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF AIR MILES! The company needs someone based in India. Her sidekick & CFO ROBERT PURSELL needs to go as well. In charge of finances, he has spent virtually all the money here like there was no tomorrow.

With the 'closed' period' up next week, coinciding with the new tax year, I expect major news in April. Hardman & Co have already stated that there will be a trading update in April. I expect this to coincide with funding news. It will be interesting to see who the new Investors are. It's pretty clear that there will be heavy director involvement yet again, led from the front by Lord Waheed Alli.

The current share price values the company from being a short dated call option on the refinancing (ie priced to fail) to being a very interesting play on a huge growth market. If you do not understand what is going on in India, the last frontier of e commerce in the fastest growing major economy on earth, it is not worth getting involved. If you do not get Demonetisation or GST, that will not help either. And if you try & compare Koovs to deadbeat British high street bricks and mortar shops- well that just about sums up investors in the AIM market Not long now until funding is announced ; )

Jambon, I've now filtered them all. How can you take seriously a couple of bumbling buffoons who try & compare an Indian online vertical player like Koovs to British bricks and mortar has beens? Laughable. They haven't a clue about what is going on in India. Doubt if they know anything about Demonetisation or GST. Probably never heard of Flipkart, Myntra or Jabong either. Have they written to management, Peel Hunt or Hardman & Co? Doubt it. Do they know anything about Nina Amin MBE of KPMG? Doubt it. I've also said that the joke of a CEO Mary Turner must go. She has misled investors & markets with her BS. A total failure with a poor business plan. Hopefully when new Investors come on board, they'll dump her, just like Robert Bready was dumped.

I certainly don�t like what has happened over the last year, all to do with demonetisation & GST. Communications with analysts at Hardman & Co, together with my extensive knowledge of the economics of India, tell me that Koovs is in the right place at the right time- NOW! Money spent on marketing over the last year would have been totally wasted. The e commerce sector in India is now returning to growth. As for the amount spent on Director share dealing- totally irrelevant- it is a clear sign that all is on track! If you have any doubts, write to management, or even the analysts at Hardman & Co

FootieladBaz- I agree that this will drift until uncertainty around funding is sorted out. Hoping for a few more Director Buys like that of Nina Amin MBE the other day. I doubt that this big hitter from KPMG joined the company & made her first purchase of shares for no reason!!

The guy who built ASOS into the most successful company in the history of AIM, or a comedian who compares an Indian online vertical player like KOOVS to British bricks & mortar companies like Toys R Us, BHS, Woolworths, Maplins, Mothercare,Carpet Right &Debenhams?
