How can us minions find out about Ruffer LLP & their interest in Koovs. There was a big volume day last week & could have been a good time for them to dump more?

Has anybody got access to the Capita register?

Pascha- I too am disappointed in the CFO Robert Pursell & his response.

He hasn't done too bad with Koovs thus far. Earns £175k a year & has 2,245,255 share options at 53.5p & a whopping 3,835,000 share options at 17.7p

The worst bit is that he hasn't bought a single share on the open market! Has ZILCH SHARES.

He has now obviously become the spokesman for the company. Anybody seen or heard from the CEO Mary Turner?

Ruffer LLP have dumped 10 million of their 15 million shares according to the Koovs corporate site. They got this info from the Capita register. Ruffer LLP don't have to declare anything.

Is there any obligation for Koovs to update this info? Surely the figure is still not 5.55 million shares with all the selling that has been occurring of late?

Is there any way we can find out what Ruffer LLP hold if Koovs are refusing to update the information on the website.

The Agreement will, in aggregate, provide Koovs with £24.0m of media and advertising services from HT Media. Pursuant to the Agreement, HT Media has agreed to subscribe for £17.1m (previously £16.8m) of new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), and Koovs has agreed to commission further media and advertising services from HT Media for £6.9m (previously £7.2m) in cash.

Pascha is right (accept my apologies) & Jambon has got this totally wrong it seems. Koovs will acquire a part of the advertising for £6.9 million. Not sure how they're going to pay for it. Hopefully they will streamline the company expenses.

H2 has seen a lot of advertising/ promotions & exposure, 3 concession openings, 24% margins. Surely this will be translated to a good trading statement?

Jambon, there really isn't need for language like that, attacking fellow shareholders. I understand your frustrations at your losses, but please don't take it out on other shareholders. We're all trying to see the bigger picture here.

At least I'm man enough to update my posts. Remember when you stated that Mary Turner and the CFO founded ASOS? LOOOOL. Mary Turner was just a non exec Director & the CFO (Pursell) never even worked for them!!!!!!

The original question was why the massive difference in back to back videos from Koovs on YouTube- one at 24 million, ther other in the thousands?

EDIT: The view counter is now moving again, 24,105,406 views now which is good news.

I too don't trust social media 'followers' 'likes' or 'views'

Take the YouTube video that a few on here were wetting themselves with. Guess what- it's 'views' counter has been at 24 million since yesterday.

YouTube have complicated algorithms to decipher if 'views' are real. If they are suspect, they will temporarily freeze the views whilst they can confirm if they are real & not 'robot' views.

I'm surprised that only one other person has commented on this, considering that page after page was devoted to the rising 'view' count by certain posters who have now gone all quiet.

Thanks Bloodshot. It's virtually impossible to have any debate on here now. A certain poster tries to be the Daddy, drowns out any debate & thinks anybody with a contrarian view is a paid deramper/ shorter.

As for the Future Group tie-up, Koovs have not revealed what this actually involves. Looking forward to news on this front.

Even though there was a clear pump & dump over the last couple of days, at least there were some good volumes, which can only be good.

Ruffer LLP have dumped about 10 million of their 15 million shares. They have 5.55 million left according to Koovs corporate site.

With these volumes, if Ruffer LLP are still dumping, they could be gone sooner rather than later.

thenakedinvestor- good post amongst the dross here. Pity the thread has been sabotaged since a certain poster arrived on the scene, thinking he is the Oracle here, who can only see a very one sided story here. As a large shareholder, I want to see the whole picture- both sides of the story.

I believe that there will be a decent improvement in margins. The 'green shoots' statement from Dec 13th stated that early trading in H2 operated at a trading margin of 24%

There are many fashion retailers in India at different stages of growth, although most are trying to scale up growth, just like Koovs have been doing for the last 5 years.

The management have badly let shareholders down. The share price performance has been a disaster, the funding debacle dragged on for nearly a year.

Now it has been over 7 months since the 15p per share cash injection was first muted.

We need to start working together to move forward.

Lets forget our differences & let management know that they have a duty towards their shareholders. The way they treat us is absoultely disgusting. We are not being informed of anything that is going on.

I know you were right about Ruffer LLP last time & as your post has not been removed, I am wondering if there is any truth in this.

Jambon- we need to work together on this. I know you suggested an EGM that required a certain percentage of shares between shareholders.

Writing to the company is a total waste of time, as we all get similar replies & nothing gets done.

What else can we do? Koovs thinks they can keep us in the dark. They used to issue regular rns's even non reg rns's. Why have they gone totally quiet?

Legally, they are not doing anything wrong, so FCA s not the way to go.

It has been OVER 2 months since they issued any kind of news, over 7 months since Future Group deal was announced.

What is going on with their tie up with Future Group?

Why no trading update?

Why is there such poor communication with shareholders?

Why are they keeping quiet? Where is the CEO Mary Turner.
