Koovs are now sitting on H2 trading figures.

I'd rather these be announced separately so that the SP can build up momentum.

We need to know details of the Future Group tie up & how the three pilot concessions are doing. I'm hoping that Koovs at some point open some stand alone stores, as concessions are usually seen as just a point to get rid of excess stock.

Once again, Koovs have stated that the funding round will close shortly. They have also stated that if there was a problem, they would have notified the market.

The CFO Robert Pursell DID state that the funding round would close on March 27th, six months after the first tranche was admitted to AIM on September 27th.

The July 19th rns clearly stated that FLFL has conditionally agreed to make additional investments to take its ownership up to 29.9% WITHIN SIX MONTHS of completion of the equity raise.

I agree with you that the CFO has totally messed up on this & will have questions to answer.
Surely the CEO Mary Turner would have signed this off, so will have questions to answer too.

Yes Chinner, should be some pretty decent news flow, starting off with the Year End trading update. Koovs alluded to 'Green shoots', so will be interesting to see any increases in revenues/ margins.

There is nothing wrong with the latest funding round. If there was, we would have been notified by now. Koovs could have handled this a lot better & the CFO did give out misinformation- that's what the new PR firm is for.

Joe, Chinner, Jambon, Ollie, Matt & all the other genuine holders, I have been in touch with both Hardman & Co & Koovs management, who have assured me that there is nothing wrong. India isn't the fastest place in the world to close a deal ; )

The deal WILL CLOSE SHORTLY, contrary to what is being said by a certain poster(s) who has his own agenda.

I have spoken to many shareholders over the last few days with concerns about the price action both before & after the March 27th deadline for the closure of the funding round, as announced by the CFO. He has also assured shareholders that everything is going to plan.
If everything was going to plan, then the deal would have been finalised on or before 27th March!

Yet the Board led by CEO Mary Turner refuse to update the market as to whether the funding round was successful or not. They refuse to inform if there has been a delay.

I will let the FCA decide whether withholding this information is market sensitive or not. I have written to them, Hardman & Co & the NOMAD Strand Hanson Ltd with my concerns.

That is a great post olliebee. The potential is there in India. Ecommerce is massively growing, especially in fashion & retail.
Under the right management, Koovs could do really well. Avni Biyani has already joined the team & another Board member will be announced once the funding is completed.

You have to understand the frustrations of longer term holders who have seen the current management fail spectacularly.

The way they are behaving over this funding saga is not new.

The CFO clearly stated that the funding closure deadline was yesterday. He has also clearly stated that nothing is wrong.

So why have they not informed the market either way, as if it's no big deal?

Either way, they are sitting on market sensitive information which needs to be relayed to the markets & shareholders.

How long are they allowed to keep quiet & not inform anybody of what is going on?

Jambon- I don't just single out the £175k a year CFO Robert Pursell, but the whole sorry team who have been at the helm over the last couple of years under whom the share price has gone from over 70p to the current 7.6p

Completion of the equity raise only occurs once the shares have been
