Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Wow the A hole falling out of ASOS this morning after that horrific trading update. Lets see how biased their reporting is today!
I have spoken to several large shareholders who have informed me that they have reported that biased/ one sided article & the 'journalist' to the FCA, Koovs & Newgate Communications.
Very, very naughty what they did there. I believe that could constitute market abuse. Very biased just really publishing the small print caveat that accompanies every trading update (Results/ Interims).
I have reported their antics to Koovs, Newgate communications & have asked the FCA to look into their behaviour.
An absolute Monster rns!
104% increase in Q1 sales
margins up to 21%
web traffic up 148%
conversion up to 1.3%
Fully funded!
Loan notes extended!
WOW- I know for a fact that an investor presentation will be released tomorrow morning with the Results, followed by an Analysts presentation & conference call at 1030 hrs for select shareholders like me & Jambon to listen in to.
Will keep you guys informed! Imagine if there is a Q1 trading update & announcement of funds received from the 28p placing ; )
So you want to dump your imaginary stock after repeatedly bashing it first. That's an intelligent investing strategy!
Go & spam/ troll another board, as we're trying to have a sensible conversation here.
Why didn't you attend the EGM? OH, I forgot- only shareholders were invited ; )
For someone who holds no stock, you show a lot of interest. I repeatedly asked you how many resolutions were on the voting form that shareholders received. You continuously failed to answer.
Now you claim to hold.
I suggest you stop embarrassing yourself.
You haven't a clue about Koovs, e commerce or India.
Again, great research Jambon
Great posts Jambon, Jamface, Chinner etc
Looks like we should get some big news next week!
As for the resident clown, he's worth ignoring. Could not tell me how many resolutions were on the voting form that shareholders received, so clearly not a shareholder.
The report prepared by Oxford Economics, which is engaged in global forecasting and quantitative analysis, further said all the top ten fastest-growing cities in the world in 2019-35 will be from India.

Just to make things clear, Graybird does NOT hold any shares in Koovs. When The circulars were posted out a few weeks ago to shareholders, I repeatedly asked him how many resolutions were to be voted on. He couldn't answer.
He is part of a crew that has been exposed on Twitter ; )
SR & Graybird- you both had the chance to attend the EGM, but got a little scared.
You have been exposed, now jog on.
Many people on social media reckon he goes by the name of Pascha - take the first two letters of his names & add a 'ha' ; )
He had a massive hatred of Koovs & showed this on his Stockopedia write ups. All of a sudden, he calms down & up pops Pascha who just carried on his personal vendetta, until he got banned, but regularly pops up under different guises. Afew of these losers post on here. They had the chance to attend the EGM, but lost their a- holes & proper melted
There seems to be a small consortium of these characters working together....., but the ring leader has now been exposed!!
Typo- what I meant was wealth shifting to the EAST......
You're kidding right? I've only just returned from Mumbai, where parts of it are more modern than the UK!
Uber, Ola, Amazon, Walmart etc etc are all doing very well. E commerce in India is the last frontier on Earth, hence why they all want a piece of the pie.
Contrary to what you believe, they don't live in mud huts anymore- they have move on since the days of the British Raj!
Wealth is shifting to the west & entrepreneurs like Lord Waheed Alli, the Koovs Chairman can see this.
Have a look at this....
https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/politics-and-nation/surat-to-be-worlds-fastest-growing-city-during-2019-35-report/articleshow/66991793.cms?from=mdr
According to the report, as many as 17 of 20 fastest-growing cities in the World between 2019 and 2035 will be from India.
What a shocker, I believe in his own words, he backed up the truck on this one, his largest holding.
The thing is, this company is now in the position Koovs was in a couple of years ago when it was scaling up growth. Paul Scott was heavily critical with Koovs which is now on the path to recovery with some heavyweight backers. Sosander is already going backwards with a cash call imminent.
The problem here is you can't expect management with little business acumen to turn this around. Running a fashion magazine is very different to creating a fashion label.
Big news for Koovs as the Amazon/ Future Group deal could be back on : )

'Relaxation of FDI norms to attract foreign firms in single brand retail'
'to attract more overseas investment'
'Gradual increase in FDI flow will definitely give a much- needed impetus to the economy and boost consumption'
Big day in India with the Budget. Hearing lots of positives from my contacts in India about Modi's Governments positivity towards e commerce firms
https://www.financialexpress.com/budget/budget-2019-expectations-of-e-retailers-in-the-fashion-industry/1628999/
'implementing an extremely pro-business and pro-consumer budget'
'reignites the growth of e-retailers'
Big, Big news coming out of india!!!!
Jambon, everyone from that muggy little crew bottled it. Have been giving it the big one for over a year, then when they have the opportunity, absolutely melt!
India is the fastest growing major economy on Earth, the last frontier of e commerce, hence why the likes of Amazon & Walmart are so desperate to get in. Stories have been circulating that Amazon want a chunk of Kishore Biyani's Future Group (Koovs largest shareholder!!)
500 million on the internet, young population, average age 29, tech savvy, educated & fashion conscience.
India is about to Boom & so is Koovs (finally).
I'm hearing positive vibes from my contacts in India re the Union Budget speech in India today & it's positive impact for e commerce especially online fashion companies like Koovs. This will have a positive impact.....
