Well the SP is finally above £15.34.
We should be on a steady climb from now on.
Looking forward to results in a couple of weeks.
Agree Gary,
The liabilities are way too high. An application for CVA is possible. This gives the Company up to 5 years to completely restructure, to keep trading and protect some jobs.
15 mill is a reasonable figure. Jack Wills was bought for 12 mill, although they were a much smaller outfit they had a good brand reputation.
The problem with SDRY it’s far to big with a lot of duplication and huge liabilities that will cost a lot to mope up.
15 pence sounds about right, maybe 20 pence at a push.
I was in the Oxford store this weekend it was empty, they just don`t make any money and it will cost a lot to close these places down. I think it is a real shame, but the reality is I can not see any organisation prepared to take it on.
Looks promising
I sold out a few years back at £2 and obviously on hind sight that was the right thing to do.
I would like to get back in maybe soon. I am concerned about the rise in the minimum wage on the margins, also to compound maters energy prices rise in January which will add additional costs especially as they have so many stores. The customers will also feel the pinch as well as many shop at CF on tight budgets.
Maybe 80 pence may tempt me. Let’s see.
The Board will probably announce an interim CEO fairly soon
A finish above £15.34 and we are up and away again
Yes a fairly neutral update, however the tech market has been in the doldrums recently so on the back of that, probably the best we can hope for.
I really would like to hear more news from the US.
Directors buying in is always a positive
If the SP can finish above 1310 I think we are in for a period of consolidation.
Yes a rights issue is just around the corner.
They can generate some useful cash at around £5.
With the debt now offloaded, GSK will be able to finance there long term future pipe line.
I can see money starting to move away from AZN and towards GSK over the next few years.
A sea change is on the way.
These are free shares, it’s dilution.
I can see a holding pattern for the foreseeable future. If LNG deliveries from the US become unreliable then the Government may have to think again.
Agree, some figures or more info on the Office in the US would really move things on.
Bitbybit, I think your correct. OCDO is unlikely to see a good profit for another 4-5 years. Anything could happen in this time period, more dilution, a buyout, cash flow problems through rapid expansion, anyone's guess.
Personally I only invest long term with companies that have a reasonable yield, but if the tech market turns a corner there are opportunities here.
BoA at it again
Looks like BoA have reduced holding again
It’s tricky to find the re-entry point. Will leave it a while.
