Agree with long term hold but the PE ratio is way too high and not sustainable.

Also remember it’s great winning solid contracts but the company have to deliver and resource can be an issue.

Saying that, looking to get back in but will leave it for now.

Was tempted to buy in for the dividend, probably glad I didn’t. This may drift lower and will sit on the fence for a while.

Tate dividend is independent of Ingredion offer.

The dividend from Ingredion is part of the package of the takeover and will be paid to shareholders holders that are registered at the date of the takeover.

I used to be in here before Covid, maybe tempted at sub £1.50.

Maybe the retail arm makes them some cash so I can’t see them selling there 50%.

Could end up like Superdry which was a real shame for investors as there still a descent store.

I tend to agree that the buybacks have now lost there value. The surplus cash could be either better used for paying off debt or elevating the divi.

If the SP falls back the buybacks can always be reinstated.
