Full production is supposed to be 120k oz pa early on in the mine's life. So 30k oz per quarter. 60% of 30k is 18k or 6k oz per month. So yep not there yet!!

No Charliee, the clue is the word 'start'. They can say commercial starts as soon as it hits 60%. Not there yet but shouldn't be long now (although probably a bit longer than Betts suggests, like everything else he promises!)

This is the definition of commercial production: 'Start of Commercial Production means the first day of the first 90-day period throughout which a Mine or Quarry operates at least at 60% of its rated capacity.'

Yes, the kid doing the recent presentation said they hope to be at commercial production soon and then full commercial production by the end of q4/q1 2025. The definition of commercial production is the first day when production hits 60% of the full commercial run rate. So not at 60% yet. That has obvious ramifications for the aisc in q3.

Staggering to think that Kou isn't even at 60% of full production yet, 14 months after the mine was completed and full production isn't going to happen until late q4/q1 2025!! What is going on here? Have artisanal miners already stripped this bare, or is it strangely hard to mine? This is a real mystery and something just isn't right in my view.

Alibi, good luck with that. Kou isn't even at 60% of full production yet and with a bad rainy season coming to an end it is very likely the aisc for q3 will be sky high.

How is the rocket launch coming on Bushy? Still preparing for take off no doubt?! One failed launch with the terrible price paid for Dugbe (predictable) and the next dud will be q3 results. Ground control to Major Tom.............

By the way, now that the proposed Dugbe sale has taken two thirds of HummingTurd's resources, leaving the two mines with five year mine lives there is absolutely zero chance that anyone will buy HUM. This is now officially a tin pot AIM company sinking in debt and badly managed too!

So, the amazing $300m-$400m sale of Dugbe has turned out to be a disaster not the triumph predicted by the insane rampers on here. Far from putting a rocket under the sp we have seen a fall in the sp!! The next debacle will be the q3 results.

The fund raise is probably just a way of the Pasofino BOD increasing their shareholdings and return from the deal.

Following months not coming months

Simplyme when Yanfolia hit full commercial the sp was about 40p but then started to drop back down to 18p in the coming months. I said at the time the main reason behind the sp drop was the short life of mine. Betts promised HUM would extend the LOM to ten years but like most of his promises it never happened. Any exploration that HUM can afford (i.e not much) will probably only just about maintain the status quo in terms of reserves.

They were never going to get much for Dugbe, due to the location, the low grade, the massive capex and lack of infrastructure. Idiots on here have simply been making outlandish claims and raising unrealistic expectations. The next similar story will be the q3 results! With Kou not even at 60% production yet and it having been the rainy season, q3 will leave Betts thumbing through his well worn book of excuses.

Where all all the 'experts' with their claims of $300m - $400m for Dugbe and their silly rocket emojis. So HUM will remain a debt ridden company with one spent mine and another with the worst ramp up in history and a life of mine across both mines of five years. Suddenly HummingTurd looks like a classic AIM turkey!

My post from 6/9/24: 'Do you live in Lala land? Dugbe will not be sold for anything like that. The location is duff, the Capex is enormous and the infrastructure is virtually non-existent. Nobody is going to pay over the odds for it. The grade is too low for a big price. If gold falls back in the coming years after a mine is built it will not be profitable at 1g/t.

Unlike the crazy rampers on here like Bushy and others some of us can see the wood from the trees!

What did I tell you?! This pathetic sale hardly makes ant dent in HUM's debt pile and they now have a paltry 1 million oz reserve across two mines. Absolutely nobody is going to be interested in buying this tin pot outfit. One failing spent mine and another with the longest and worst ramp up in history. This is going under folks - you've been warned!

Err we are talking about the asic for q3 not q4. Also a look at the slide shows they haven't yet hit the high grade ore. Two weeks to go until the end of q3 and they are still not even at 60% of production. Oh dear.
