No, what he said was the approval was on the minister's desk for signing off. He has no control over when the minister actually signs it off. Also, dupax will only ever become commercial once runrunno is finished and the mill is repurposed for the new ore. So it makes no difference whatsoever as long as approval is given in q3. That gives easily enough time to drill dupax and complete the feasibility studies.
