Thanks to ii for mistakenly stating in their morning report that MTL saw a 70% decline in first half profit!!! They have compared the first half to the whole of 2024. NOOOOOO ii MTL first half profit increased!

I think DB mentioned that the first thing they will do when the mill gets to La India from the docks is to set up the 'excellent laboratory' that was part of the second hand mill package. So, it is possible that the drill cores will only be processed once that is set up?

Yes it does matter! If Drachs (and it is a big if) decide to increase from 20% to 29% then the sp will shoot up.

Drachs only need to notify the market everytime they add one percent to their holding ( one percent is 25 million shares approx). They then have two trading days to make that notification. So, if it is Drachs, it will take a while to buy that number of shares and then notify the market.

Agreed. If it is Drachs, I forecast 15p/16p by next Friday.

Lee, more likely that Drachs were privy to the news and ceased buying until the news was released, knowing that the sp would fall. Now that the news is public and the fall happened she can fill her boots again at a bargain price. Every cloud!

Nimshy, I think the nomad report mentioned they are starting with some sampling before finalizing the locations for the drill holes. So, maybe a week or so before the drill holes are sunk.
