Very true. That's why when folk thought would get long term contracts quickly in this climate, actually the opposite is true. In normal times these contracts take time but now as both sides haggle over what one sees as future prices it makes it more difficult. Throw in the Lawyers then the timescale becomes apparent.

Said it was a feather in the cap to be selected and a small fee in due course for our data. But long way away from anything else at this time.

As you say all the info is out there IF people can be bothered to research and look in the right places. Not many do.....I have mentioned HyTerra on here several times as they are way ahead of us in hydrogen terms and hopefully in the future their knowledge of extraction etc will be of great help to us. Getting back into Inez would be a start!

The Leasing company has reputation and the severe penalties for anything happening for leaks/safety don't bear thinking about. Their insurance contracts are extremely tight. So don't think any holes for migration lol We don't own it. It turns up on site ready to use as long as our end is ready..

Well how about if they don't fill the trailer with the helium being produced into the trailer they will have to shut down the plant or vent it into the atmosphere! It has to be stored somewhere and we only have one trailer that we been told about.

If you can't find a buyer at spot pricing for your full trailer then you got problems! In these days of shortages? As the Trailer was being "filled" you would have a buyer lined up. agreed a spot price and when full deliver it. Not rocket science. Rinse and repeat. That's how it works.

IF we actually had more trailers you would fill the next, if not then have to wait for first to return. That's not very smart. All the while negotiating a long term contracts. As we haven't been told there are more of the promised trailers leased you have to assume it is still only the one. That means you got a problem. Either decided to fill the first Trailer at a snail's pace just to keep whole thing working. Or, see above, or, not being told what's going on. As in they have leased more Trailers etc etc etc etc........

Long term contracts were ALWAYS taking months. Just ill informed and unresearched here have no idea.

Let's just hope that Bo Bo is keeping things under his hat and there is a lot more going on behind the scenes, otherwise it ain't great.
