They actually said the reason testing lower layer first is that it showed the greater potential.

That says a lot when you considered what the upper layer has already shown on DST 2.6%

Phase 1 capacity is up to 1.2 MMCF/month (14.4 MMCF/year) at a fixed $285/MCF plant-gate price, with CPI-linked escalation from March 1, 2028 and a year-three price redetermination with a 5% right-of-first-refusal match. Phase 1 commercial operations remain targeted for Q1 2027; EPA MRV approvals are anticipated summer 2026. The contract complements a recently expanded senior secured credit facility closed April 20, 2026.

Fact is the Helium is there and in great quantities as the Sproul Report has said. Not wild cat drilling!

Given the old, and new, seismic etc PLUS how many producing Wells there are in the area, the Leadville etc. I am struggling to find a valid reason why it won't flow at commercial rates. imho dyor

A LOT of thought, care and planning has gone into this Well........company defining..........failure is not an option

Remember it was the upper layer that gave the 2.6% helium on the DST

But they are going for the lower layer first as they think it has the greater potential. The Seismic/data would have helped a lot in the choice.

But it does say a lot that they still chose it first.

Also remember was a disagreement over the porosity between company and Sproule. Company estimates were approx double what conservative Sproule put in their report.

I think they will use acidization after the [perforation as they want these figures to blow the world away.

So what, about 9 weeks since Ruwka RNS? I would hope/expect to hear something within next couple. Any hint of a JV and away we go.........keep your patience. dyor
