Think some never been to an AGM before........it is a statutory right of share holders to be able to ask questions at an AGM. You don't have to supply them in advance if you don't want to. Companies ask that so they can prepare their answers, and often so many of the same asked in slightly different ways to save time.

If there hasn't been an operational update before the AGM, and I would very very surprised if there wasn't, they better have their tin hats on! There would be plenty of disgruntled, unhappy share holders for sure. I think they have given themselves time to do this with the date under the guise of "we had trouble finding a venue". Actually can be difficult to find one if you leave it to the last minute to book!

However, I think all holders will be happy before the AGM

@onlyprofit I agree with most of your good post. You can look to others I have mentioned for rough timescales. But in general I agree 3-6 months. For Plant I would hope/expect they are already sourcing. they have the money to do so. For timings you can check out HEX who bought a second hand one for 500,000, refurbed it a bit.

Not sure of cost of new BlueStar Plant but it is very likely we will go for a very similar model as the extract the CO2 for commercial sale unlike Hex's which doesn't. As well as the helium recovery unit It has an amine unit to remove CO2 from the gas stream.

I acknowledge what you say about the pipeline but I think they will go the Plant and tube trailer route, same as HEX and BlueStar.

Very much doubt be any storage facilities or cooling. That would be very expensive indeed.

Be straight from Plant to Trailer. Sold initially at spot prices while they negotiate long term off taker contracts. These will take a few months as very hard to predict future prices and lots of haggling. again see Hex or BlueStar.

But we should also move on to testing Coyote straight after here and there is an awful lot to like there! Hopefully this successful flow test is going to trigger a very busy next few months with news coming thick and fast with SP growing just as quick. exciting times!

Weil #1: Tested at sustained rates of 2,300 Mcf/d of raw gas with a 1.0% helium concentration.

Pulsar Helium's Jetstream #1 well in Minnesota achieved a peak gas flow rate of approximately 1.3 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) during compression-assisted testing in August 2025. The well demonstrated high deliverability of dry gas with helium concentrations of 7–8%.

Let's remind ourselves the Helium is there. We are not drilling in hope. The Sproule report verifies it.

We are testing the flow of it and the purity.

There seems little reason to me it won't flow at commercial rates. Probably very good ones after perforation and acidization.

The DST showed 2.6% purity which is plenty above commercial levels. Expecting that to be the minimum. Testing techniques have come a long way since first tested in early 90's.

Expected success at the first Well hugely derisks further the whole project. Who knows what other goodies might come out of this testing. Hang onto to your hats dyor
