RE: Share price today29 Apr 2026 07:37
Eh simply No. Any low ball offer at this stage would be simply rejected. Try a high ball offer for future potential. But that highly unlikely at this stage.
Remember Bo is a big share holder I doubt he is happy at SP at this time and saying "allowing" the SP to drift lower is ridiculous. The SP is doing what the SP always does on AIM drift down in periods of no news. The company doesn't control it. They can't release "fake good news" to prop it up lol. It will spring back up quickly on proper "good" news. In the meantime all sorts of wild guesses and conspiracy theories start to pop up.........it's AIM lol!
I would rather a meaningful RNS rather than meaningless tweets which is pretty much what they have become. PI's always get frustrated as they work to timelines in their own heads, not reality.
Timewise I still going my best example BlueStar Helium in Colorado. Obviously not exact comparison and they have CO2 extraction unit but gives a good idea of how a similar Helium company in Colorado is progressing. Compare it to ours and you see what I mean about timescales. Our operation (at this stage) slightly smaller, no CO2, so I would hope/think we are at the same sort of stage they were on 26th March now.
4 months from first gas they still haven't announced any long term contracts or indeed trailer spot price sale.
We are approx 2 months since first gas 23rd Feb..........9th March last proper update. Not as long as soon think in the real scale of operations.
So in conclusion imho seems like normal progression, think we be a month ahead timewise of likes of BlueStar especially as they got CO2 unit integrated.
Simply don't believe we won't get an operational update before the AGM and hopefully sooner rather than later
For interest Bluestar RNS snippets
first gas end of December 2025
last operational update 26th March
Stage 1 of Galactica development campaign now complete, with six wells now tied into the
Pinon Canyon facility.
• Facility now transitioning to continuous 24/7 operations with system upgrades in safety,
automation and remote monitoring.
• First helium sales to be at spot pricing for the initial tube trailer; second trailer expected on-site
shortly.
• Work to secure long-term partner supply contracts continues, with market tailwinds advancing
discussions.
"Following the completion of automation, maintenance and system upgrades, the Company is
transitioning to continuous 24/7 operations. "
From 26th March they still haven't said that second trailer is on site yet.
ps e mailed company yesterday to ask about operational update before AGM.......well you if don't ask lol and no don't expect definitive answer but sometimes you can read between the lines.
