Underwhelming - market agrees - all the dressing up on here doesn't make it any better - No operational update - no idea what's going on with Inez - further drilling - plans etc.

Might be a start if even tell us got a Rig contracted to re enter Inez which I very much doubt. If it is a side track because unrecoverable string, which strongly suggests is if can't recover in many weeks before told us. That likely time consuming and expensive.

I believe he said re enter after off take sales. Which ones spot or long term ones? Convenient to not indicate.

If no operational update before AGM they can't say anymore than that which is already in public domain - not a lot! Serious Investors, not most crowd on here, will be firing at the AGM.

As for "sell the news" which some muppets keep repeating on here. Partly true because selling going of because of disappointment.

It is not a great RNS, why can't folk be honest? The market reaction tells you all you need to know.

@BobRunice caveat to that is they certainly would have signed long term contracts if they could have. The short term spot price one for 3 months seems likely because they couldn't get over the line with anyone. Maybe, as suggested, the buyer might want to do 3 months at spot prices and go onto a long term one if all goes smoothly but they will drive a hard bargain for any contract of length like 3/5 years.

Icarus69 there is no way on earth you are going to get a 3/5 year contract on spot prices! Not even close! Buyers are not stupid. Even when you do get long term contract there will be likely "review" points, could be 6 monthly given unique circumstances. All the fine details take ages between companies to haggle out and then Lawyers come in.

Crudetrader there will be very stiff penalties if we can't deliver what we agreed to in contract. Buyer relies on delivery and on time. So to sign it means they think they can. Nothing been said on Plant running, optimisation etc so hard to know where it is all at.

Oh and for all your baitching at me and an honest view of the RNS from a big holder the market thinks the same! Underwhelming to put it mildly! SP up 2% on investing.com at the moment after brief rise to 6/7% and way going could end up red!

As said the market relies on cold evidence and if you can't see prices you can't value it. It will of course be revealed in yearly financials.

Now if we don't get an operational update on Inez, plan going forward, next wells, hydrogen etc not going to be much to talk about at AGM because have to RNS any news to market first. All you will get is generalisations which will just frustrate.

PI because he said it was all about the long term contracts and that is what they are still trying to work to. Except now committed to short term 3 months contract. Spot prices will fluctuate either way. Anyone who thinks they are just going up and up is naive. The high prices haven't done anything for here, or any Helium company's SP much over last few months. I suppose that gives them 3 months to tie up long term contracts which is the goal of every supplier.

BC2504 no matter how you/they frame it it is a 3 month contract for spot prices when most on here were expecting long term contracts to be more advanced by now. So they are at least 3 months away now as committed to a short term contract taking all.

Of course going to guess lol spot prices vary every day and from state to state, country to country, deal to deal dear me lol

Have to format all the data before sending and have to have ALL the figures......including the Lab results for Helium concentration which will be last.

Whereupon they will send them all to Sproule to incorporate.

But I have never heard of a company not to RNS the EWT results to the market first. They can't hold them back to wait for a CPR JORC anyway.

But got to say 1/2 weeks after EWT results is pretty dam fast for a CPR JORC anyway. fair play if they do.

Saloon I don't have to watch it again mate. What he means is 1/2 weeks after the results will be released to the market via RNS at end of EWT and official Lab results back to the company.

The move to resources via JORC will take a few weeks but after successful EWT it is a gimme. In fact likely be another SP booster when the reserves are upgraded as I hope and expect. dyor GL

But that will be after the RNS otherwise you would be waiting a long time for it!
