In my opinion, voting Yes on August 5th is not just the pragmatic choice, it’s the strategic one. We’ve moved from speculation to substance with the mining license now granted. The ESP operation at Itumbula is the next crucial step: it’s how we convert helium in the ground into bookable reserves, the language banks, off-takers, and JV partners speak.

Without this vote, we’re stuck using another cash box structure, more dilution, less shareholder involvement, and slower progress. That’s a self-inflicted wound when a far smarter path is open. A Yes vote gives the company the headroom to raise properly, bring in credible institutions, and execute on what is now a clear development plan.

This isn’t just about plugging budget gaps, it’s about positioning Helium One for its first real taste of scale. Once the ESP data upgrades our resource, we’re in the zone for proper project financing, from banks, strategic JV deals, or off-take-backed funding. But we don’t get those conversations progressing until we prove it.

1. Helium Generation and Solubility

Helium is created deep underground through the natural radioactive decay of uranium and thorium. Over millions of years, it builds up in two key forms:

The peer-reviewed study was authored by Zhongjun Hu and Jingyu Li.
