RE: Strength Beyond the Share Price23 Aug 2025 11:45
@InvestingGoals, Just to clarify, the numbers are often confused because contingent (2C/3C) and prospective (2U/3U) resources are reported separately.
• The Itumbula discovery is assigned 2C + 3C contingent resources (295,797 Mscf for 2C, 1,345,591 Mscf for 3C), which represents the portion of the Mining Licence that has been proven and tested.
• The remainder of the ML, excluding Itumbula, has prospective resources: 2U = 709,239 Mscf and 3U = 3,227,556 Mscf, as you noted, which are unrisked and based on geological models rather than flow-tested wells.
So the potential of the ML is far larger than just the Itumbula discovery, and the CPR provides a comprehensive breakdown for investors to assess both what is proven and what remains to be explored.
In short, Itumbula is the “anchor” discovery, while the rest of the ML holds considerable upside, which is why HE1’s valuation and long-term potential are being watched closely. 🔥🚀
