In HE1’s case, that money ISN’T going to keep the lights on, it’s targeted at revenue-generating steps: the ESP at Rukwa to prove further resource and sustained flow and Colorado production to kickstart sales.

Yes, CLNs can weigh on the SP in the short term, but if those funds deliver commercial proof and cash flow, the conversion overhang is quickly dwarfed by value created. That’s why CLNs exist, to get companies with real assets over the line.

HE1 isn’t gambling on “hope,” they’re funding tangible steps that can shift them from explorer to producer. That’s when sentiment and valuation change fast.

In the short term, there are several possible catalysts that could shift sentiment fast, and we’re still only talking about the early game here, with much more to come later.

The mining licence ceremony in Tanzania could bring not just official confirmation, but also a wave of local and industry press attention. On AIM, events like that can often spark a sentiment-driven spike as traders pile in.

And off the record (or should I say Offler the record), the ML portal spot was pointed out by @gogs, at least thank the right person. It wasn’t your anonymous ‘thanks’; it was your £2 victory lap. I had you pegged from that moment, and you’ve never quite forgiven it.
