I hold Ingenuity within my HL SIPP. No issues their end - I think it was 1.5% +£25 fee on sale though!? DISGUSTING.

Look at the order book - Any big buys coming? Any big sells? tranches included

They'll have known the '24 financial position by now - Roughly, still due to some changes then full audit.

We know there's leaky ships - By Mid Feb they'll have probably been audited and know their full position. Ready to release.

Friday 3rd January they'll know their revenue figure by today they'll know the bottom line figure (Subject to change upon audit)

Will they release this as we're due to enter FTSE250? It would be a perfect catalyst (IF the result are hitting guidance) if not I would personally be looking at another 'Candy' style ghost bid to temporarily cause an uplift on SP ensuring FTSE250 entry after missing guidance. That's just what I'd do....

16th January Q4 Trading updates were released (Expected next week?)

Prelim '23 released 10th April with the Q1 trading update 2 weeks later

You only post about THG - Sure you could day trade THG but I already know you don't have enough capital to be profitable day trading. You're 100% paid to provide negative spew all day on these boards - I understand you have to make a living, It's okay.

Back in my Crypto NFT days I'd pay people to go chat on discord/forums for me to gain early access (Whitelist) to certain launches. You had to accumulate a certain number of hours whilst also engaging within the community to be awarded Early Access.

I wasn't going to waste my time when I could pay teams in asia $5 an hour (Market Rate) to do it for me - I'd hire multiple teams over multiple wallets. It was INCREDIBLY profitable strategy.

Look at the Steve's grammar - That grammar looks like someones first language is not English.

I normally take no notice of this board as quite frankly I have other things to do and no matter how much you stare at a screen it will not impact the SP but today I have a bit more freetime. There's times where this indivdual will be talking to themselves over and over again with no-one providing any input or conversation.

Look at their post history recently. Obsession isn't even the word - More like it's actually their job. Operate within their 'standard operating hours' aka LSE.

I took the Placing offer + swapped shares - MM has done it before with THG (Ridiculous IPO) and he might just do it again with Ingenuity. IPO's I'm dumping the lot!!!!

You can hold a private company in an SIPP and that's where the bulk of this is held for myself, Everything outside of SIPP I have selected full remain co.

It is a complete gamble and I am plenty of years off retiring just yet, So I've effectively written off that entire holding in new.

As previously said - MM will not be selling this. £1B for MyProtein also will undervalue the company as a whole in MM's eyes.

This isn't being sold off, no way will MM do that. But I certainly welcome a bid to boost the SP short term

Myprotein were approached previously by mars but they sold to MM instead :)))))

Also Mars Acquired a few protein suppliers 2019-current so they will not be touching us

£25M is a joke of a valuation.

It's either ASOS or THG IMO - I'm leaning towards THG for their target, If there's a bid it better be published this time around so we can at least re-rate temporary.

Either way MM isn't selling any of this. When we re-rate a decision will have to be made to dump and say goodbye or suffer here for another 5+ years in the hope the company sees true value.

I'm in the same boat cantbelieveit - I'm sat in the red on a 6 figure investment in THG (Thankfully a low avg in the 50's no). I think I'm at a point now were my own stubbornness has me throwing more and more at it.

I believe in THG. I bought in prior to Ingenuity being a wonderful offspring with '£1B of rev in the pipeline apparently' - THG is disgustingly undervalued that's why I'm in it and refuse to sell.

I'll either take this down to 0 or I get my shares taken from me via MBO.

I will also be taking shares in the newco and took part in the placing thankfully. But I'm only here now because of my stubbornness - If I had a time machine I'd of avoided this company completely. MM has screwed us here with the split but I'll be a shareholder in both with the anticipation of possibly seeing Newco trade in 5-10 years time.

Watch the order book closely for some building going on - People know before we know. We know through order book/volume.

us LTH has been here for a few bids now. The book always builds beforehand to allow friends/family to make money come RNS time.

THG could tell the world they're going to make £1B profit next year and they'd still short it. The only quick re-rate will be a MBO.
