The only possible way he will rip THG off is via building dilapidation - Standard practice. But naïve thinking as said.

MM I'd like to think wants the best for the company he founded and built to the monster it is today. It's the majority of his NW too, so he'd only be hurting his entire family alongside friends. We'll get there, slowly.... Very slowly.

I think more-so the question to ask is why isn't he creating value? They were suppose to split the divisions already but haven't done so yet... Why? What's he waiting for?

Do you not think a guy with a finance background knows how to create value? Because he does.. So does his board. Why aren't they doing it?

If I was in from IPO I'd be furious. I've been in what 2-3 years coming up and I'm extremely annoyed at the position THG is in. I'm sat in the blue right now but I'm still extremely annoyed. This should of held after the first 'BID' even over the £1 level.

I mean, I'm not jumping in on the name calling...

But I agree. I've no idea were people are getting £2.50 from they clearly don't understand the true value of businesses. The IP alone of THG is worth about the current share price.

We'll get there eventually... I'm sat here the happiest I've been in a long time with THG and it's not because of anything they've done. It's the shareholders Kelso first then the dutch following suit.

The chairman was put in place to make these changes. What has he done since starting? Like actually what has he done for us? What value has been created? None.

I'm normally vocal about THG's purchases. But I actually really like this pick-up, we didn't overpay + it'll slow nicely into our business growing a struggling area of the business.

It's some of the best business they've done within the last 3-4 years in my opinion... But we shall see how it plays out (This is THG after all)

I'm not sure on the UK data but I seen Black Friday sales in US up 7% YoY - 1% of that driven by brick & mortar. Hopefully it will be a similar story this side of the pond.

Agreed 100%. Kelso are fast money, they'd have re-bought the shares they sold on the drop if they were serious about THG upping their stake. Typical hedge fund.

THG is being held down massively. I'm sure 99% of people on this board are so frustrated by this stock because it just does nothing, the board are doing nothing to unlock shareholder value. That is one of the issues of having a majority shareholder like MM. He doesn't have to answer to anyone, including us.

But yet THG is still my largest holding by far as I do truly believe THG one day will see that value and anyone buying at these levels will easily 5-10x their money in the long term. First financial objective I'm looking for is FCF +

Is it really though? What has driven the price action every time within the last 3 years? Please share. Director buys, NO. Inflation reduction, NO. Whey prices dropping and supply chains finally sorting themselves out, NO.

Every single time has been MBO.

I've held these shares for over 2 years now. THG is a LEAKKYYYY SHIP! Any upwards movement is normally driven by a MBO.

How it goes. Price action, followed by an RNS 2-4 weeks later after all their city mates have jumped on and made a 40-70% return to then MBO being rejected and we crash back down to the 60's.

What's driving this rise? I haven't looked too much into volume (Is there increased volume?)

I just buy and hold.

But what is driving this sudden rise? We all know it's undervalued as it's been 6 months since the last bid was placed. Now opening the possibility for another bid.

Is it a bid? Is there director buys that we'll soon see reported? Is it the Inflation slowly coming down? Is it a combo of them all? What's the general feeling on the board to what's driving this?

It is also so nice that THG is no longer in the red. I'm not massively up % wise. But I am up due to heavy buying when in the 60's to lower my avg to lows 70's.

This is by far my largest holding. I bought £50K more on Monday too. I'm here for the long term, I know the potential of THG, it's just not fully unlocked just yet. The bottom line needs sorting ASAP.

My personal opinion is that Ingenuity is eating away at our bottom line, alongside a dreadful beauty division. H2 looks a lot better for beauty though. Cuts needs to be made, Inflation is here for the next 2-3 years minimum.

Ultimately, I believe in THG. I believe it will unlock the potential and reward it's holders. I can't tell you when exactly it will buying at these levels in 5 years time I believe will make us all a lot of money. That's why THG is my biggest conviction ever and I'm in no rush for the outcome, It's within my SIPP for a reason. Unless something drastically changes that I think will collapse the company, I will not be selling nor have I sold anything.

Don't forget the UT will look enormous because it's the EOM UT...

Also thanks for the recent share SP - Valuable. That's why I check-in every so often. It's unbearable looking at this board daily. The toxicity when there's a slight blip on SP.

Has there been a leak on results? As we know THG is a leaky vessel, although the last bid wasn't leaked surprisingly...

Or is this purely being driven by the latest postings by MM - We'll post Revenue of £2.5B with a MCAP of £1B. Make it make sense.

How nice is it to log into your shares account, to see THG have another blue day. I'm up in the 40% range now on profit, it feels so damn good.

It isn't a MBO, It's organic (We think...) - Having seen my account down a little over 6 figures and constantly selling out of other shares I deemed 'Safe' just to avg down when we were in the 30/40 range with a highest purchase price of 1.32 it feels so good to finally see what I thought would happen, happen.

THG is finally getting some attention, rerating to what it's actually worth not where the hedge funds/MM (Media) wants us sat. I still value this company at around £4 value, not taking into account future growth.
