RE: Thg going £1.50 this week24 Apr 2023 14:37
FYI... The RNS's are because you legally have to disclose interest in the company once an approach has been made. That's the only reason for the RNS's.
But we've seen it hit £1.50 before on a £1.70 bid - Better macro economics, better FCF forecast, bid was rejected due to SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUING the company. Personally I see a £2.20+ BID.
Go through my chat logs, you'll see at the time I said Candy just wanted his name in the spotlight.
But Apollo - They're completely different players in the game. Apollo are looking to grab the EU region through buyouts, they buy a company take it private clean it out and resell it a few years down the line for massive profit. (Plus Apollo London Offices are expanding rapidly - Make of that what you will) Apollo are serious players.
