E-Commerce is all about marketing.
The way to tackle clothing issue is simply own social media via paid influencers - Up the quality of the product alongside that.
Introduce truly premium products and capitalise on them high margin products, alongside their normal products.
'MyProtein' as a brand still holds a certain weight, it's too big to ignore. I just don't associate premium with MyProtein of which will normally be your higher margin goods. They have the infrastructure in place to pretty much dwarf any protein company as they will be able to produce similar products at a cheaper price through sheer buying power but just aren't using it effectively in my mind.
Beauty I am happier with as they're showing growth and things do look more promising over there.
I also acknowledge what Nutrition done clearing old stock after the re-brand as it protects the P&L avoiding a mass stock write-off - So that is smart/logical accounting as every month goes by you're adjusting your stock losses reflected within the P&L. So looking forward we should see higher margin within Nutrition as their old stock has cleared
Nutrition isn't at a total loss, I'm just not happy with how it's being run currently. I still hold my shares, I'm just a shareholder voicing my opinion as all shareholders can as we own this company too.
