True (ish), but if you'd bought in at say 0.6p, and had bought say 2m shares, then selling at say 5p, would realise a rather handsome £88k profit !!!!

A lot of "says" in the above, but many many holders will have sold by then, if not before.

Would I like to hold 'till say 10p / share - ABSOLUTELY I would.

Will I sell at 5p / share - ABSOLUTELY I will.

(Unless I wake up one morning and see the SP has gone from say 3p to 10p on opening bell......)

100% agree.

Too much hype on Thursday & Friday led to an over inflated SP.

RNS lands today (and a damn good one at that) and SP falls.

Reason being many people were expecting a "life changing" RNS.

Instead, we got a very very good RNS, that places us in an even better position going forward, but AIM being AIM, people want instant gratification, and when they don't get it, doom and gloom comes into play.

Let the SP do its thing.

Let the doom sayers do their thing.

Let the rampers do theirs.

See where we are at the end of the week - my opinion : higher than we are now.

And yes, I have bought back the holding that I sold on Friday morning, so am very positive for the share going forward.

Just my thoughts is all, but seen it so so many times before.

Magna, we agree on one thing - a very good entry price indeed , but at this level.

As we all know, small caps survive on placings until they get off the ground, or fold. Simple as that.

Kefi is now in the "not going to fold" position.

Will there be another small placing - possibly.

Will it affect the SP - possibly slightly, although I think that any possible, I say again possible placing, is not only already placed in, but would be at very advantageous rates given the Banks sign off for funding.

The Auditors' had absolutely no choice whatsoever in issuing such a statement.

The same statement would apply to ANY business that was still at the R&D stage, with no appreciable trading income, that was dependent on capital raises.

"However, our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter".

This phrase is all you need to know (ie : they had no choice in their wording, but they have not gone any further in their statement).

On that basis then, surely the buyer of 2,557,020 at 09:26 must also know something !!!!

Maybe, just maybe, the seller was someone purely taking profits.

Maybe, just maybe, they're purely trading this, as opposed to looking to the future.

I myself am just over £3k up - were I trading this I would also sell, but as I'm looking to the future, I'm still looking to add as and when I have available funds.

If that post represents the only bit of "trolling" we see here, we've escaped lightly....

3mill average 0.597

Last purchase was at 0.65, just before the placing.......

(This happens on a regular basis to me), but still happy that a profit will be made.

Just not as large as would have been before the additional dilution.

Finally - 3 mill shares in here is a larger stake than I would usually take in any company, but looking at short term gain, whilst not being greedy.

Unlike some posters on here, I will not be holding for the next 2 years, waiting on the 15 p odd per share, or the 0.55 dividends that have been banded about.

Seems to me to be a "sound" business model, albeit one with two many fingers in too many pies, but must ask this one question of those actually invested :-

Does the CEO actually have a handle on what is actually going on, and on what he is actually doing ?

Many years ago, JOG filed a similar RNS - SP found a cliff, jumped off.

A couple of days later, another RNS - "we've found oil" (or something very similar)

SP went ballistic .

Not in here, but seems to have been way oversold, and wish all holders the best of luck.

I did indeed sell half my holding in October, and then subsequently bought that half back, together with a further million shares. My reason for selling was indeed personal, but I now hold just short of 2m shares in KEFI, which I am looking at increasing as funds permit.
