Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
One of the more sensible posts of this morning.

PS - in reality the additional shares are irrelevant in the overall scheme of things, as is the placing price.

Whilst I agree that 5 - 10 % is better than bank interest / cash ISA return, the majority of PIs invest in AIM as the "POSSIBLE" returns are much greater.
One of mine has risen by approximately 16% this week, and held its gains.
Will I sell - no.
Will I top slice - no.
I invested in that Company as I believe that it has the "POTENTIAL" to go much, much higher.
Exactly the same applies here - currently blue & up by about 8%.
I do have an end figure in mind, which I won't say, but it is significantly higher than where we are now.
Life changing it is not (as such), but sizeable profit it would be.
The obvious caveat to add, is that whilst I would be thoroughly "peeved"......where I to lose every penny I have in AIM, I would not be homeless or bankrupt - just PEEVED.........
Still, everyone has their own particular investing strategy & agenda.
Finally, good luck one and all.

Don't lose sight of the fact that we have had a "rather" good week so far....!!!

You're not wrong, but having sold my other one to top up here the other day, am enjoying the ride !!!
Short term gain is much more likely here (IMO, guaranteed), and will then be back in there, in a few weeks.
Think quite a few others will have followed the same strategy.

Makes my holding appear rather small by comparison.
Still, I'm with the buyer - only going one way.

Defo a sell.
Now can we get going again, please........

Funilly enough - did just that this morning.
Topped up here with total UKOG holding (sold at a very small profit) & this is up, & t'other is down slightly.
Goes totally against the grain for most of my investments I know, but hey, not complaining.
Difference in shares in circulation says it for me.

What is it with people on here - worst board I've seen / been on for quite a while.
Rampers ramping (being a holder I'm inclined to agree, otherwise I wouldn't be here);
Shorters slating (enjoy seeing nervous people selling at a loss I presume);
Really peeps - just relax and enjoy the ride UPWARDS.
There you go - ramping...!!!

So long as it isn't : and another one bites the dust....

Ashes to ashes........

Ha - good point.
If I'd only lost £1 for every post I've posted I'd be a happy chap....

that we appear to be holding (or averaging) above last placing price.
We'll be up 5%, and down 5% on a daily basis until next news.
Good enough for me at the moment (notwithstanding the fact that i want to see multiples of current SP, obviously) !!
Then.............

Surely anyone invested in any stock is "confident" (if not POSITIVE) that they've made the best possible investment available......!!!!!!
What would be concerning would be if a genuine holder was de-ramping, surely.
I for one, am more than happy to be in here, with a higher average than the current SP.
Also, tend to agree regarding possible cash call for other shares as mentioned, and also "delighted" that we've got ours out of the way.

Average price for me is more than current (not by a huge amount, but still higher than current),
With hindsight, should i have bought more 2 weeks ago - hell yes.
Why didn't I - no spare funds available.
Am i overly worried at my current position - not one bit.

Not everyone has the benefit of a crystal ball.
No doubt those buying in at 6, 7, 8 + thought they were buying in at a good price.
Those still holding from those levels will be hurting at the moment, but their buys, even at those levels, may well turn out to be a "wise" investment - even if they have to wait longer than they expected.

Of which i will freely admit to being (but only when it proves correct, obviously)....

so it's a waste tanker on site ??
Forgive my ignorance one and all, but from their website, they offer waste (etc) clearance services.

Agree, hence my caveat.
However - cracking RNS (which is possible) would do it.

OK - £1000 a pop.
Of course, this could just be me being a "tad" hopeful....!!!!
Anything above 4 / 5p , and not just a spike, would set us up nicely for the next move.
Time will tell
