Yep, I'm also a wee bit frustrated with the "delays" but am still Long.

Hence am slowly increasing my holding here, when funds permit, and the Ask remains at these levels.

Were I not convinced that this will happen, I would be Short - that simple really.

Now, I genuinely do appreciate all the effort and hard work that certain posters have performed on my behalf, in the interests of preserving my money (can't see why else they'd be constantly knocking KEFI), and am truly grateful.....!!

BUT, why bother ? - it's my money after all, not yours. If you're genuinely convinced that KEFI will fail / is a scam / is a pile of worthless doggy doo, why not simply short the harris out of it ? Why bother trying to help all us holders who are prepared to wait ?

Me no understand....!!!

TW is effectively just another investor, same as we all are.

He's also looking to make a profit on his trades, same as we all are.

I'd be very careful about banding about the term "con man" irrespective of who it is aimed at,

And no, I don't know TW in either a personal or professional capacity, and I have never met him.

All I would say is that I pay my monthly subscription to his site, and others as well, and use said sites as a part of my research. Do I find them a useful aid, Yes I do. Do I blindly follow all shares he and others tip, No I don't.

Do I believe he is actually trying to "con" people for his own ends, NO, not at all.

Just my opinion, FWIW, and now await the undoubted response...

By far and away the best value for money I have ever received regarding legal fees - opinion for c£550.00 !!!! - who'd have believed it.

Have just paid over £7k to my "tame" Solicitor to sort out my wife's financial separation order from her late husband, with a further final fee note due any day....

Morning All

Was only in this for a short term trade, and sold out yesterday for a nice profit - could have got more had I have waited 'till close of play , but happy.

Is this a P&D - no, not in my opinion.

Sentiment driven rise (re-rate if you like), and has gained back in excess of 100% in the last week.

What is very interesting is NO speeding ticket issued - should have been one, unless something going on in the background !!!!!

Hope for all on here that there is (& personally think there is), and may well pop back for another go.

I see that there has been a bit of chat on here regarding the fees being charged at this moment.

FWIW the amount charged to me is correct, and agrees with the revised fee structure sent round to take into account family ownership (in my case both myself and my lady wife have holdings in COPL).

And also include a HUGE note of thanks to the guys (sexist I know) who are effectively running with this on our behalf.

Whilst accepting that everyone has their own opinions regarding the fee% being charged, mine will be c£500 which when compared to a total loss of c£25k becomes somewhat insignificant !!

Were it not for the actions of a very few on here, I would be facing total wipeout on my holding. I now have a possibility of recouping some (doubtful if all) of my investment. More than willing to "invest" another £500 to have this potential. After all, what were the other options available ?

......This rise will keep its legs for a while yet.

Talk of 300% would be a good starting point (& having consistently bought in, my initial £24k loss (from an average of c1.2p) is now almost, almost in profit). Never told my wife about the top ups, as was, and still is (IMO) a pure punt, but one that looks as though it may pay off.

Having said that, if the BOD etc are finally accepting that questions will be asked of them via Legal entities, not just by PIs, then is there the chance that COPL will actually recover back to previous levels ?

Very very slim, but yes, IMO, that chance may be there.

Finally, genuine good luck to all holders, and sincerely hope that this comes good.

PS - the fat lady aint sunk yet ....

Their website would appear to indicate "extensive" "expertise" in the O&G market.

Basically, controlled administration.

Great for the Company "owners"(not so great for the other "owners", us poor PIs).

Last company administration I ran, owner walked away with 100% of the co assets, zero liabilities, accy fees of c£35k, debt written off of c£1.3m (95% crown debt).

I refuse to sell out at this size loss, will stick to the end & see.

Just hope to god I'm right in doing so.
