I think there are 2 possibilities:

1) this one I favour - which is they are likely talking to big players

OR

2) The 11,000 Seimens plate is damn so thick that the core they are bringing up keeps showing high mineralisation and therefore they keep drilling.

KAV wants to build a company and for that they will NOT, I believe, purposely withhold any bad news only to lose investor confidence in the company.

My thinking is that why waste any more time and money going down to 1005m when 900m drilling gives you enough confidence about their geological model.

Anything is possible and I know my thinking is running ahead here BUT......
Assume they have hit mineralisation and are therefore talking to some major (Ben has previously said that KAV would get onto phone with the interested party as soon as they find something) who are interested. The next in the plan for KAV was to drill Ditau and the major now wants to know what that holds before anything is announced. So, the drill is now working overtime at Ditau and we won't hear anything from KAV until the results at Ditau are also known?

As far as I am concerned and KAV goes, it's all about investing in the company with multiple prospects as opposed to investing in just one project. On that basis, I am not at all worried what the outcome will be - of course I think it will be a positive result. Any bad news would be required to be released to the market immediately.

I think the management are quietly confident in what they have found- by the sound of the POW RNS.
I might consider topping up if there is any downward pressure on the SP.
