I also attach a couple of pages ( at different dates)from the high court obtained from another site. The key wording to note here is :

Absolutely agree. The African projects are excellent. On Bhukia, the Rajasthan govt have tried every trick in their books but the law is crystal clear. One thing, as far as I understand, is that the govt of Rajasthan cannot grant this to any third company so it would be in their long term interests to grant to Panthera. The company must also have a plan of action at International Arbitration as they cannot be waiting forever.

ST - the case has been listed for 4th December which is this Friday. You are correct in saying that the CEO will give any hints on a podcast which was going to be market sensitive info. But, I think that they are quietly confident that they will win the case on legal grounds.

They do not want to jump the gun BUT legally they know they have a very very strong case. It will not be good PR for India if the govt. of Rajasthan ends up in the International Tribunal and also not good for Indian business internationally.

That was amazing. I really do think that they will sort Bhukia out legally and that will certainly be a game changer. Wow a couple of zeros!!!!
