Absolutely spot on.

IMHO - the case never went to the court today and that is the reason why:-

1) there is no judgement
2) there is no revised court hearing date because none is needed due to
3) agreement between the two parties outside of the court

I think the terms are probably being finalised by the lawyers and we may soon, hopefully this week or early next week, see an RNS being dropped.

It will not work in today's business world. The Indian coal mining billionaire group (ADANI )was granted permission to the coal mine in Australia. Thete has been agreements between India and other nations on the mining front to attract foreign investment

The only MAJOR difference this time round is that whereas all previous hearings were followed by a judgement, with today's hearing there is complete silence.

This shows winter holidays from 21st to the 31st inclusive so whatever deal they need sorting has to be before the winter holidays

I think in that case a statement would have to be made as every step of the legal process I believe has to be recorded

I can imagine some of the proceeds to go towards building local community facilities / Infrastructure as part of a deal
