We will know by the end of 2025. I'm I'm for £15k which is a lot, but I'm looking around the landscape of this startup and they seem to be on course with good support. However you are right, anyone being courted for the bedded finance will be aware of costs, tin price etc. so I think it is in the board's best interest to keep the SP low, so as not to lose the projected margin. If I was Mick Davis, I'd be using my very large stake to hold the SP at a stable low price to ensure the most attractive set of numbers.

The behaviour of this share is mighty strange. It oscillates between 9-9.5p, and the price seems to be independent of actual share buying and selling. It does feel like the price is being managed by stakeholders of some sort.

Also, the Company are very eager to get the details of retail shareholders. I'm going to guess that they are looking ahead to the next, crucial funding round. They don't want to dilute the shares to bring in the funder, so they will try to buy out the small fry. If so, it makes sense to hold down the SP, otherwise the exercise becomes too expensive and the only options are dilution or a loan at a commercial interest rate. But the loan might be hard to get, given the risks. Maybe there will be regional development funding but that's unknown at this stage. Anyhoo, that's my conspiracy theory

Who knows how low. So long as retail disappoints the pressure is downward. What gets me is that people seem to have factored in that BT will swallow alters and recover market share that way. Totally false. Big players like Vodafone are the main threat. Bundled TV services providers like Virgin may use Openreach for a percentage of their network, but that's doesn't help BT retail. I cannot see where the bottom is for BT. Could be under £1. I'd like to add to my holding but holding off for now
