IE a board make up change to improve governance and a reconsideration of the warrants.
If the company had explained the background to the fund raising in the original RNS then maybe the share price may have actually risen. It is good news.
What is unclear is why if there was such enthusiasm for the shres they were issued at sucha discount and why the warrants had to be issued at all . for example Feedback doubled its share capital overnight but did so at a modest premium.
That would be another question to ask at the meeting.
In addition some humility on the company's part may have been better in this recent RNS.
I think the attack on Dr Cave appears petty and lacks judgement .
Overall I think we are in a much better place and I will be adding to my 1.5m .....

It is the obvious move by clever trevor to acquire more shares- he may have made a mistake by selling out of RMS completely via brh. but he can buy again personally .and the 400m shares who attracted the placing will want to hold on to their windfall and could also buy more.
as things stand we are nowhere near enough to 50% when you take the new placement shares into account ?which I think we have to as they are not subject to approval.
I dont mind the placing as such ,though the discount is generous.But the warrants are not satisfactory .And there was no attempt in the rns to explain why they were needed or such short term.. very arrogant . I also agree the board needs a better balance ,though would not necessarily want to kick TB out given his business acumen.

looks like the other way around ie a reverse stock split known as a consolidation also. you had 100 now you will have 1 ,but worth 100 times more all else being equal. look at europa mining for an example.

Gareth can call a meeting as he has 5 per cent. What is more important is can he get 50 per cent of the votes cast to reject the warrants and appoint directors. I think it is a general meeting not an egm

Just wondering whether this potential revolt could have an effect on the placing. It seems odd that the placing is going ahead without the need for shareholder approval whilst part of the incentive to take part in the placing (ie the warrants)does need approval and it now seems there is a good chance the warrants will not happen. Would the placees still take their extra shares without some guarantee ? I think this will really put the cat amongst the pigeons and there will be some frantic calls this evening. But as a whole it seems a strange arrangement? Any corporate lawyers here? Also we did have one person here who was offered the placing shares. Has he a view on how important the warrants were to his decision to take the placement ? A rum do all this .the last thing the good doctor needs ...

re the 1509 post at 12 34 this had occurred to me also . Is the 7 hour(or more) duration referring to once it is first used the clock starts running -ie put it on and from then it is effective until it runs out ,or is it 7 hours total usage where you can take it on and off and use it intermittently. Probably the former I would guess because how would you keep track of effective life ,but if it was the latter that to me means it would be much more attractive. Most general use would be for short trips to eg shops so 7 hours wouldnt be needed. the medical profession obviously different though

no the warrants only go to new investors.
i was interested to see the waarants only survive for 3 months.... wont be an overhang for ever. quite unusual i think.
why have they raised so much? business plans. somebody was persuaded to part with so much when the company has little income. that is a good sign

ps the other advantage is that it may help to retain staff until the expiry date if they can see they are in profit . Ithink they are very valuable to both employer and employee. i reckon these would be saye type options as i stated earlier.
