SHREWD I note that Dr Cave is against the warrants . I note also that as far as I can see there has been no communication from the existing management explaining why investors should vote for the warrants or even what the arguments for their issue was .
I also disagree thet you do not take into account future share price expectations. In essence we all own a part of a business - we are allowing somebody the right to buy in at 2p and ergo part selling our existing ownership . If we believe the potential of the company is not recognised correctly in the current share price then we would be selling our part shares for an undervalue . The future share price is that correct price as far as the current owners are concerned . ie those who do not want to part sell their business by voting against .
Your view is too mechanical and myopic.
I would add that if we do mneed more money then the company can justify that to shareholders via a placing or rights issue ,seeking approval . Then shareholders can properly decide.
I do not follow the herd . i think for myself and I have voted against the warrants.

just a quick note- even if your broker wont register your vote or you buy too late to be able to vote in time ,your shares will reduce the total number of votes cast. basic maths means that there is more chance we can get more than 25 5 of the votes cast as there are less of them!

The warrants price is 2 pence not 1.4
And ten days is nothing! Some shares I have been in we have been waiting ten months
Share values ultimately are derived from projected discounted cash flows for the next few years. Not days.

So people understand the warrants are a one way bet where you do not have to wager If they are GRANTED they can simply wait and see Nobody is forced to exercise them So if the share price is 1 p they clearly would not buy the shares at 2p. If the shares go above 2p they would and probably sell to make a quick turn. There is no risk. Like an option.
This inventive was given to them when they took part in the placing as an incentive BUT in this case the general meeting has to approve. Hopefully it won’t.
So everyone who talks about why would anyone take up the warrants now is missing the point. Why wouldn’t they whatever the current share price. They have 3 months to wait and see where it is A one way bet.

We need 25 per cent of votes cast not total votes possible so that if anything will increase our percentage against as normally a lot of people don’t bother voting.

Great news today The delay is immaterial- stocks are valued on potential discounted cash flows over years..... not days.
I will not sell my 2m until the warrants vote is over as I gave my word to the good doctor via nathan.

Again you might be interested in iqai which is involved with ai diagnosis eg brain tumours and liver disease with scope to expand . 16m market cap yet has two fda products with the brain imaging being seen as the future standard. needs sales now.

I was in EUZ - great asset but held back share price wise by fears of yet further dilution. I just scanned the rns list for last year here - seem to be an awful lot of issues of equity? This seems to be the main problem with mining assets - how are they funded and dilution seems to be the norm? I am out of EUZ now but looking here but that is my concern. Any views??

but this share will dwindle until there is real news on sales. I am a bit surprised there is not more news re stonechecker I have to say given they were training up the main distributor c 18 months ago before they decided to sell and then changed their minds. The key action is to vote via your broker. Telling egremont is to assist them in their strategy but i told them i cba ed to fill in the form - I assured him i would vote my 2m against the warrants. The vote needed is at least 25% of the votes cast but obviously if we have 25% of the total shares in existence in our favour that will be enough I think we will have . The warrants seem to me to be a bridge too far
