SHREWD I note that Dr Cave is against the warrants . I note also that as far as I can see there has been no communication from the existing management explaining why investors should vote for the warrants or even what the arguments for their issue was .
I also disagree thet you do not take into account future share price expectations. In essence we all own a part of a business - we are allowing somebody the right to buy in at 2p and ergo part selling our existing ownership . If we believe the potential of the company is not recognised correctly in the current share price then we would be selling our part shares for an undervalue . The future share price is that correct price as far as the current owners are concerned . ie those who do not want to part sell their business by voting against .
Your view is too mechanical and myopic.
I would add that if we do mneed more money then the company can justify that to shareholders via a placing or rights issue ,seeking approval . Then shareholders can properly decide.
I do not follow the herd . i think for myself and I have voted against the warrants.
