I am afraid I am not a techie but on the face of it this looks like a strong competitor The only thing I can think of is the CE mark obstacle but there is no mention of this either way. It would be great if young Tom could address this with a proactive video as I think it will be disquietening for his investors

yes and a doubling of the shares in issue which doesnt seem to be reflected in any adjusted share price. But I have never properly looked into charting so have no authority to speak to that

what I love about this share and the bulletin board is the total lack of b s and hype when there is no news to comment on. I reckon there is a solid base of large holders -and so far no herd. Now I will shut up!

yes the people proposing the issue of warrants have to win 75% of the votes cast.I had this confirmation from j hall this morning- so we only need just over 25% to defeat the warrant issue. That is comforting. I just wish that had actually been formally stated in the RNS in the first place

oh no they wouldnt!dividend payers do not deduct tax at source.
if its in an isa the withdrawal is non taxable anyway

sheltie is right- any money withdrawn is still tax free ,but from then on it is no longer within the isa shelter so future gains and divis potentially taxable

ps i used to be a tax professional....

ie whether a capital gain or a dividend -it is all tax free and remains in the isa unless you take it out

once the original investment is in the isa wrapper ALL returns thereon are wholly tax free .luckeee boy
