I have looked it all up and I think you are right about a special resolution. My apologies. All should be revealed for sure in the rns setting out the resolution but it looks like 75 per cent of those votes cast are needed. Looks promising. Sorry to have misled the board

If you look at the rns dated 18 dec the warrants are to be voted on in a general meeting. Nowhere is an extraordinary resolution mentioned as far as I can see. The requirement to pass a resolution is more than 50 per cent of those shares voted. We do not know for sure if we can successfully overturn the resolution. I hope so and will be voting that way.

I aleady raised the point about the oddity of the placing going ahead when the warrants still had to be approved ,particularly after the backlash by investors was obvious?.Was hoping to understand from one of those placees on this board how they would react if the warrants were abandoned - was there any discussion of this in the blurb around the placing.

secondly there is a solution to what many of us here believe to be an excessive dilution given the expected inflow of cash and profits on the mask- a share buy back. This should be added to that list of potential resolutions-ie a permission to buy back a percentage of the shares.

I can live with the placement short term given this capacity to buy back is put into the articles. What I cannot fathom is the need for the warrants. a step too far

one famous example is quindell where the director has been under investigation for years but the company continued to trade

well if he hasn't I certainly have! added 500k a few mins ago now 2m to back the new move wont be selling now until we get a resolution.
