There appears little or no AABs involving interferon beta from the graphic. My hunch is that there is a strong link between AABs and Long Covid

Read this late at night looks like ACE specific autoantibodies involved in Post-Acute Sequelae after SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) and the use of ACE blockers were proposed as a treatment and possible prevention of potential long covid .But I think if and hoping when Beta interferon treatment is administered it will preempt (PASC) development ? Synairgen have been studying the effects of IFN -beta on viral loads on asthma ,COPD and Mers covid for many years .I don't think they did it for the recent HT trial but they are definitely investigating viral loads on Activ 2 and may be P3 trials ?

I haven't a clue on the where the SP will be after good P3 results tbh I posted that because the analyst compared us to Moderna and thought there are posters on this BB far better informed to pass comment on financials and the comparison .I am invested here because of the science and a treatment to save lives but be very happy to secure a good return on my investment GL all

I watch the documentary last night .Much of it I had anticipated thanks to gkp excellent research on the subject and I am convinced this whole terrible pandemic is down to a leak from the lab with the intention by gain of function research to produce a biological weapon .Hope my post is not censored like the last time on this subject

A recent P Bastard study regarding autoantibodies was posted yesterday and do my dismay recommended monoclonal antibodies as an early treatment whereas this study suggests IFN beta (undergoing trials ) which is good to see ATB

Thanks for posting the article .Firstly, from my recent post I stated that you can screen patients for interferon deficiency but forgot to mention you can also do immunoassay for autoantibodies as described in this article which is useful for Sng to detect susceptible patients .I understood from previous studies there are no such autoantibodies against interferon beta does the article state otherwise ?Also I was dismayed they discuss treatment with the use of Mabs rather than beta interferon ! It seems to gone all Mabs today or are the researches unaware of the science

Sng001 have an advantage (precision medicine )in that they can screen susceptible patients for interferon deficiency as well breathlessness and will hopefully provide data on long covid, makes it very cost effective imv
