My simple point is (allowing for the differences in funding UK /USA ) if PR M are so advanced why is their m cap so small and sp so far down over the last 5 years. Ok, it takes lots of money to develop and the science is difficult but they old be huge in the sector

Angel: Have you read the article ? Nautilus are predicting they will lose $42 million ( its more than PR M's m cap !!!) and their m cap is $1.3billion ,! Yes, they have some big big backers but still they, I think, don't have their platform ready to go etc. Only been going since 2006 !
So, why can't PR M get out their BIG drum, be bold, be load and be noticed but in particular over there.
B t w you are right, UK science companies are good at that part but are NOT great at marketing, comms and "blowing their trumpet" They need a money lesson from stateside unfortunately

Angel: I agree things are different in USA and our small tech often get gobbled up so all the Ip and future revenue don't stay here. If PR M are so good in this field why have they not been taken over? I'm not negative, just wonder.
Intellia and 10xgen Genomic are both traded in US and are big in comparison with little older PR M .
I'm all for the science but I have invested to make money. They could do with some one to market and connect with the wider world. Look at the valuations on the above companies! Ok, you might say they are more genomic than proteomics but it doesn't look like a pure play, there is overlap. We need to shout load as the outside world is waking or has woken to this field of study and the protein path, d n a is phenomenal, proteomics is a whole other ball game of discovery and will be even more life changing. Could this be reflected in the sp ?

So, We are waiting for any advance/ news on C D X , mint finished and a lot of shares are around. Is it just speculative punters caught and now losing patience so selling which is suppressing so or other reasons? A bit of positive news or movement always goes a long way with the specified and in particular here, big up on very little. It can't (but anything possible) go much lower soup it will be then!!!

Don't get me wrong, I'm still a believer in the science but wonder why the sp sits while other protei omi c shares seem to fly? From the Forces link, Intellia and TH G . Both have had huge rises in spite?

Strange how a great R N S should lead to the sp falling back by 3.5%. Ok, the sp has risen markedly recently, maybe some profit taking but still, what do people want? All very positive news here and hope we go onwards and upwards to 50 p ++

Inthe tin : I get where your coming from but is the company not being overly generous here. They both get an increased share option at a massively discounted price to the previous options. Yes, there needs to be an incentive but 14.5p is so easily achievable, we have been there already. Your suggestion of getting to 20p soon would hand Jc approx £110,000 if he exercised the option. Ok, the share price increase would be " happy days" for us but we risk our money in this company. Why not have the price up in the 20-30's to really push this company forward. Results then rewards.

The BOD are acting like we are insolvent, have no money and no assets. The judge almost said that in the hearing.
The sooner we have a clean sweep the better.

Philosophical nothing is something even if it doesn't equate to much, however, at least they have let us know that there is some movement in the background, F D A responding by end of July, hopefully and on towards trials.

Retiredbanker: Re bonds, nothing needs to happen fast re 23rd ill. The company has until July 2022, even the judge said that! There are many possible options. First let's get rid of the BOD and get people in to steer "our ship" through.

If I wasn't listening to Tom Q argument I wouldn't believe it. I think the judge can see what the bondholders are trying to do in collusion with the BOD.

Maqsood: Agree, Tom Q is struggling as the Judge is strewn. The Blue Water charter, judge said, is a must to enable the generation of cash from the oil. Directors saying they can't take on liability as company might be insolvent and they would need the BH to approve! What do they think the Bondholders will do if they get control? Not extend the Bwcharter? No oil no cash no payments! It's laughable. Judge is great. Tom Q just said what if the oil price drops significantly ha ha
