They do actuallyh have an oil flow, can't remember how many BPD, so have cash coming in and oil prices on the way up!

Strange SP lower when rns sees quite positive, revenues doubled (approx) and some great progress. So, why the drop in sp?

I like the 20p 30p and then 50p pricing of the agreement, in particular where the price has to be at least 34p for three consecutive days!!!
Am I (newbie) missing anything?

Ok Whistler, take your point and see what you are saying but sometimes the "big boy" stuff behind the scenes. Why pull the additional subscription forward? Why the rush?
I am a complete novice at all of this so am really just asking questions

I would like to get a loan from the bank, get the same terms/offer as ickl (who I believe have links with C Akers via Horrocks!) , buy at 10p while sp is 18-19p....and the promise of another few million shares sooner rather than later........money in the bank for them. Oh, does anyone know who introduced icjl to dev as they are about to earn 500000+ shares instead of fees. I'm assuming these are at 10p too!!!! Money for the boys??

"In addition, the Company has agreed to grant to the Investor a warrant ("Warrant") over 50 million ordinary shares ("Warrant Shares") in the Company, conditional upon the Company having been granted authority by its shareholders to issue and allot all of the Warrant Shares on a non pre-emptive basis. The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to seek such authority no later than 31 April 2021.

Provided that its grant becomes unconditional, the Warrant may be exercised in full (but not in part only) at 25.0p per share for a period of 3 years from the date on which either the Investor has exercised the Subscription Right in full or the Subscription Right has lapsed pursuant to a Change of Control Event. If Intrinsic for whatever reason decides not to subscribe for any of the Subscription Shares, the Warrant will automatically lapse. "

I am inexperienced in these things so what does it mean?
Issue of more shares now and more later nd no prospectus.
What would the prospectus have told us?

Results look very good to me. Profit up, cash in bank up, positive order book, marginal cost increase and all looks rosy........Buy more???

I wouldn't worry too much about codes (probable fantasy) but concentrate more on thus bloomin delayed trades. The MM's manipulate by nit reporting. Imho if someone is buting 800k first thing It would make me think there's some news coming ....time to buy, maybe. When you dont get to see that buy until the next day!!!! I know AIM is a little "wild west" but there must surely be SOME form of regulation. Companies have to release an RNS when things happen but MM's seem to do whatever they please and that, imho, is manipulation. Share is going to fly soon......
