Why would they sell when the price is likely to go stratospheric? I'm learning but to me wiuld make sense to hold and sell later?

Are my maths correct:- nsci own 14.85% of pdsb, 2.3 mill shares current value approx $10 mill, 62% upside value $16 mill !!! Nsci current market cap approx £8 mill ? Massive upside in sp still to come if Pdsb keep rising......huge big enormous

And inspite of all you have written the sp continues to drift!! Doesn't make any sense. Should be heading to double digits by now.

Is the volume roughly half of yesterday ? Some MAJOR playing around going on with this sp @@ Should be almost double digits by now, at least 7p but no way going down!!!

Learning :- Yesterday you thought 7p and now you think should be at least 13p. Swaz charts 8.36p and share had dropped a little this morning!
I think the share on basic fundementals should be double digit so what is holding it back ?

Stu - Thanks. So its only really the change in average traded volume as a percentage of total stock which indicates anything. Strangely I read and understood the CB stuff from an rns but now I'm learning about the Kerogens and "shorting"!!

Would it also be right to assume, even though there is currently more selling than buying, the approx 18 mill combined is not excessive either way. 436 trades (which we know about- ud5ing data on this site) averages about 40k trades nothing as yet showing big selling to drive sp price down so maybe the "shorters" got it wrong? Asteris only have,currently, 0.86% anout 17 mill

Dflynch - Thanks for your post. I think we are saying, have the same understanding (although you are right $0.52 and not my £0.32) so the CB's cannot be what is suppressing the SP today on the the back of such a positive RNS.
So, another question.....who or what is holding the sp down?

Still learning : I don't see how the CB's can be any issue at all with the sp today but here is my stab at understanding, a question I posed about the CB's.
2017 CB's raised at $0.52 at the same time as shares issued at £0.32 giving the CB's a 25% premium above the share issue. 7.5% interest on the bonds. CB's convertible at par. The Company will have the option to redeem all, but not some only, of the outstanding Bonds. Therefore, if my understanding is correct, the SP would need to be above £0.32 for it to make it worthwhile for the bond holders to want to convert the bond to shares, they would make a loss. If the share price were above £0.32 they would make a profit over and above the interest they earn.
Have I got this right or fairly close?

I'm learning so can anyone explain for me how, in £ etc, this explanation of CB's actually might apply in Hur's case i.e conversion rate, premium etc etc. Thanks
