Marik: IMHO the recent rns's, while slightly "loose" in absolute clarity re placing does say we have ample cash for now and I believe it prudent, assuming they already new about CE approval, to sound out avenues for cash at some time in the future but not imminent. If sales boom we might need a bit to progress.

IMHO odx are getting things sorted but wished they communicated clearer.

Still no reply or even acknowledgement from Maggie Throup -Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Department of Health and Social Care (Vaccines etc) re answers as to how exactly the UK gov is supporting UK Diagnostics. I know MP's are busy but they do have admin people. I will keep mailing...might try a phone call. CTDA is yet another example of two sets of rules, depends on size and colour of envelope as to which rules apply or whole other regime.
Surprised they had not put in for UK home use at the same time??? What else could apply to home which does/doesn't apply to pro use??? (Rhetorical)

I , like many, am underwater and feel an action group makes some sense but the agenda is important.
Better comes from ODX on what they are actually doing day to day. What are they doing re £2.5 mill. Are they mounting any kind of fight with Gov over £300 mill "non contract" , compensation ? Are we playing hardball or doing nothing but acting the victim?
I invested due to a good supply contract and was duped!!! Who is accountable and how can the company be salvaged and grow.

For what it's worth, I just mailed Maggie Throup MP, again, in her as Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Vaccines and Public Health, seeking a detailed response to my emails which asked in which way the gov was actually supporting UK Diagnostics. I also detailed the various shenanigans with payments and ctda......I await a reply! Will it make a difference to Odx/ Gdr/Abi . Well who knows BUT at least it's something constructive while I wait. (Think what happened at HUR when we ALL got together)

Sharehunter: I like your enthusiasm and don't wish to put a downer on it but could you explain what and £ 10 billion NHS Increase Capacity Framework contract (not awarded and value dependant on demand) directly has to do with NNN. You also mention Volz as a, I think,billion dollar company. Where is this valuation from?
As a holder I am really pleased the sp has moved and would like it to continue but would like it to be based on facts or it all tumbles later

TWatcher: If, as a minimum, we sorted the £2.5 Mill question and got paid what we are owed IMHO it would steady the ship and SP would improve. Anything positive from JAG would also help...

THATCHER: I get what you are saying but there is a case to answer which has directly effected our SP severely. The DHSC contract of £300 + mill, the £2.5 mill they say they want back, the money they owe us for supply, their equipment sat I our premises and the biggest one, the hold up with lft approval for UK use/home use while at the same time spending £3.7 BILLION in China. All of these, if resolved would massively help our share price, IMHO and the more our MP's highlight the inaccuracies, misinformation and general shenanigans the more likely we are to get some resolution.
My belief is, while Covid is changing and less virulent mutations evolve (I'm triple vac but got Covid lite, three day recovery) testing will still continue, all be it, there will probably be a greater emphasise on antibody testing. We are still in the game and can produce but we are reliant on this government allowing a level playing field, unhindered and unrestricted to supply and paid for what we do......that's all

I have one short question about the volume of testing devices. Does he have any indication of what percentage of the test devices that he has touted as the greatest number in the world were manufactured here in the UK by domestic diagnostic companies?

In times of urgency, we wish to source from the most immediately available sources. I do not have the answer to the hon. Gentleman’s question, but no doubt it can be provided later in writing. It goes without saying that we would wish to do everything that we can to provide support, but also to deal expeditiously with urgent demand. As well as the rapid expansion in delivery capacity to people’s homes, the UK Health Security Agency has increased test availability at pharmacies and so on. We want to ensure that there is a reliable test supply over the coming weeks. That is the most important thing, and we are working to procure hundreds of millions more

All tenuous links but then at the time Han**** was in and the UK responsible person for one of the Chinese lft suppliers was from a tiny village in Suffolk........yes, just down the road from Han****. Somewhere there must be evidence to link everything up as a lot does not make sense. Bag ZZZ: The company is still goingand working away as usual, it is only the shares so, sort of, time is just time. Yes, I would like to be able to do what I would like,e with my shares but believe the sp will rocket when active.
