Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Fortnef: ABDX are not just lft's for covid testing. They work with clients to product lfts to test for other things and not just humans. https://www.abingdonhealth.com/services/
TWatcher: If, as a minimum, we sorted the £2.5 Mill question and got paid what we are owed IMHO it would steady the ship and SP would improve. Anything positive from JAG would also help...
THATCHER: I get what you are saying but there is a case to answer which has directly effected our SP severely. The DHSC contract of £300 + mill, the £2.5 mill they say they want back, the money they owe us for supply, their equipment sat I our premises and the biggest one, the hold up with lft approval for UK use/home use while at the same time spending £3.7 BILLION in China. All of these, if resolved would massively help our share price, IMHO and the more our MP's highlight the inaccuracies, misinformation and general shenanigans the more likely we are to get some resolution.
My belief is, while Covid is changing and less virulent mutations evolve (I'm triple vac but got Covid lite, three day recovery) testing will still continue, all be it, there will probably be a greater emphasise on antibody testing. We are still in the game and can produce but we are reliant on this government allowing a level playing field, unhindered and unrestricted to supply and paid for what we do......that's all
From questions in Parliament 5th Jan (?)
Neale Hanvey
I am grateful to the Minister for giving way again—he has been a great sport.
I have one short question about the volume of testing devices. Does he have any indication of what percentage of the test devices that he has touted as the greatest number in the world were manufactured here in the UK by domestic diagnostic companies?
Michael Ellis
In times of urgency, we wish to source from the most immediately available sources. I do not have the answer to the hon. Gentleman’s question, but no doubt it can be provided later in writing. It goes without saying that we would wish to do everything that we can to provide support, but also to deal expeditiously with urgent demand. As well as the rapid expansion in delivery capacity to people’s homes, the UK Health Security Agency has increased test availability at pharmacies and so on. We want to ensure that there is a reliable test supply over the coming weeks. That is the most important thing, and we are working to procure hundreds of millions more
Pumpky: I've asked Maggie Throup -Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Vaccines and Public Health, for clarification on one or two validated tests as she stated in the house (see my earlier post with link to Hansard) that two UK produced tests had been validated!
What do you mean " signed a charge" please ?

I didn't realise You can't write Han**** but Hancuck is OK...maybe. Glad I didn't want to say ******!
RegulatorUK: Thanks for the correction re Lord Bethell, I did put "I think", phew!!!!!
OK, how about "Lord Bethell, then Innovation Minister in the Department for Health and Social Care"
All tenuous links but then at the time Han**** was in and the UK responsible person for one of the Chinese lft suppliers was from a tiny village in Suffolk........yes, just down the road from Han****. Somewhere there must be evidence to link everything up as a lot does not make sense. BTW I am NOT a conspiracy theorist, "who shot JFK" "world reset" or "Hitler was alive" tc etc but when something just smells so wrong it's hard to believe the "best before date".......that's all!!
Bag ZZZ: The company is still goingand working away as usual, it is only the shares so, sort of, time is just time. Yes, I would like to be able to do what I would like,e with my shares but believe the sp will rocket when active.
Hope this doesn't drag our until April.....
"Subsequent to the announcement of 12 April 2021, it was agreed between the parties that the consideration for transaction iii) above would be increased to 175 million shares and that the option at transaction iv) would not be able to be exercised until 13 April 2022."
Hahaha of course it won't, just put here for badness!!!
I can't recall who put this on Avcata chat but is worth a re read and maybe an email to Maggie Throup (psvp@dhsc.gov.uk)
https://hansard.parliament.uk/Commons/2022-01-05/debates/D9101FBF-8AE2-4A52-9852-B313726CA0B6/Covid-19AwardOfContracts?highlight=uk%20diagnostics#contribution-456F428F-054E-440B-A662-A0FF22C9416F
The statement/questions in Parliament by Neale Hanvey MP are excellent. Similar questions have been asked by others and more recently by John Redwood to Maggie Throp (Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Vaccines and Public Health) and there were the usual inaccuracies in the answer and no mention of the money owed, cancelled contracts, Chinese imports, ctda/mhra test approval for UK but not foreign lfts etc etc. I believe we still need to ask the question of Government and keep asking until the "real" truth is forced out .

Max; yeah, I know a tenuous link back to to China with Bethnell but it's business and she is in finance.......and he WAS in cabinet (I think). Anyway, you are sort of right, make a noise but it has all been raised before quite recently in Parliament and brushed aside very very easily.
I do agree, lets go again, let's raise some noise and shout to anyone who will listen.......nothing else to do while waiting, waiting and waiting
Max. I believe Surescreen manufactured near Derby.

From NCYT 7th August 2021 by Porky:-
DHSC and Bethell and Innova7 Aug '21
We were discussing this a few weeks back:-
IMO the whole situation regarding those Innova LFT contracts at DHSC absolutely stinks and needs a full and detailed enquiry with total disclosure regarding how the decision was made, Bethell really should also be properly reviewed to ensure no impropriety.
I was reading earlier about him replacing his phone before it could be searched:-
https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2021/aug/04/covid-contracts-minister-lord-bethell-replaced-phone-before-it-could-be-searched
Also, now I'm not not suggesting this is relevant but I further learnt tonight that his wife is Chinese:-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Bethell,_5th_Baron_Bethell
Bethell is married to Melissa (née Wong), a businesswoman
https://www.chineasy.com/talk/guests/melissa-wong-bethell/
Now i realise in this PC world we live in, you can't go around and say oh because his wife is a Chinese Businesswomen some private deals, brown envelopes, could have been exchanged in China but blooming heck it has to increase the likely probability:
>Chinese manufacturer > Funding in US> major multi billion UK contracts awarded
I guess i'm still reeling over that article in the LA Times and the fact that despite this, the government still extended the licence probably to deplete stocks?:-
https://www.latimes.com/business/story/2021-07-28/innova-pasaca-covid-17-antigen-test-british-uk-government
I just find it shocking that we put lives at risk in the UK due to the use of these ineffective Innova LFTs. I don't know, it's probably more personal to me as i lost my BIL to Covid and he tested negative with one, the outcome would probably have been the same if it had come back positive, but how many people was he in contact with? moreover, did he catch it off another driver or someone else that had also tested negative with an Innova Test?
The whole situation is just plain wrong imo.
Maximillian3: To save you frustration, send it to psvp@dhsc.gov.uk
I found if I sent it to her, as I am not from her constituency, she is "bound by Parliamentary rules" and can't reply. Her other position is undersecretary dhsc so she can reply !
To John Redwood's Parliamentary question she simply pulled out the gov/dhsc handbook "non specific phrases of no true meaning, fact, quantifyability or worth but which give something alluding to an imagined utopia and get us out of the ****e"
The book has been used time and time again to smokescreen any possibility of a straight answer because they KNOW the truth........crikey, Lord Bethell's wife knows the truth, the CEO of Innova knows the truth, Yee Ha M Focker (worker, factory 245, Shehnzen) even knows the answer as he works his 20th straight 7 day week but at least he is not on nights this week,
Arrrh, says the government....Surescreen, supplying......arrrhhh says PI's, private company, not been rogered, hummm, who is behind company????????
Have sent an email to Maggie Throup, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department of Health and Social Care). To ask who the second validated supplier is and to point out some "home truths" with regard to "support of the UK Diagnistics indudtry"
IF I get a reply I'll post it so we can all have a laugh and cheer ourselves up @
Vatica - funnily I was just looking on their website again just now!
While some say the lft market is oversupplied and v small margin, Antibody is the way ahead, isn't just getting the LOOOOOOOONG overdue approvals a "golden ticket" to move forward? OK, Surescreen are approved but what about Vatic , Avcata, Biosure, mologic, Ab19 etc (I may be talking about same tests, different names but you get the drift). The delay is criminal, wasn't it 20 days but we are 200 + or something?
Approval, clarity, publicity, orders, supply.....£££££££ SP FLYS......HAPPY PI'S
