Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Captain : I agree. It is , however, very hard to concede to a BOD strategy which dilutes us and watch the sp go through the floor.
What has been going on in the background (Govt and "big money" boys) ? Nice FAT fee £400k for the raise as well!!! Very stinky smell
Captain: Agree, CA and their lawyers was the major play but I would like to think us Pi's writing to the judge etc helped.
Is it true if sufficient shareholders object to BOD plans we can have a say?
How do I support OSAG ? Is there a link to group or somewhere to register my NO and support other demands?
Was in HUR when CA and PI'S defeated BOD give away of company to bond holders so know WE CAN pressure ODX to change strategy!
Maximillian ::::Hurray.....not really. Finally got a reply from DHSC Vaccines, no wonder the lfts approvals have been in a log jam! They haven't provided any information or answered any of my questions. They say I can write again and mark as "Sensitive" and they may or may not reply in 18 days depending on what they feel.......meanwhile ODX give away Alva to Orient Genre.......Next will be Govt supply contract, produced on Govt machinery and profitable.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your correspondence.
Due to the extremely high volumes of correspondence the department receives, we must regretfully inform you that we are not able to provide an individual response to every enquiry we receive from the public. We are, however, continuing to record all the correspondence we receive so that we can track the issues being raised. I am sorry that this falls short of the service you may expect to receive.
If your enquiry is in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government has provided a COVID-19 ‘hub’, which can be found at www.gov.uk/coronavirus and is regularly updated. If you want to book or manage a vaccination appointment, please visit this link. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 you must get tested as soon as possible. The swab test takes less than a minute and is pain-free. Results from test sites are generally received within 24 hours. Further information, including what symptoms to look out for can be found here.
If you consider your query to be of a particularly sensitive or urgent nature that does require a bespoke response, please submit it again, quoting ‘Sensitive’ and?the above case reference?in the subject line. We will, if deemed appropriate, aim to send a response to the majority of such correspondence within 18 working days. Please note that we will only send a bespoke response if we believe we are able to help and if the information is not available on the Government website.
Funny really, bought by Chinese company with money earnt from uk Gov lft orders while Hov STILL maintain they are supporting UK Diagnostics.....ha ga laughable!!
The money owed by DHSC to Odx will that if ever paid, go to orient or odx.
Like many I have lost loads on this share (bought into the £300+ mill supply contract) and feel fleeced by company and UK gov. I've STILL had no reply to mail sent to Maggie Thourp re her reply to John redwood in Parliament re lfts from uk.
Yes hopefully, all the bad news is out now and the BIG BOYS are in so cheaply they can't help but make on this.....thanks@!@@
Things looking up.....10p Ask on HL. Just need to keep heading in that direction.....
Novice & Cebo: I might well be naive but I don't know what you are reading
Nothing looks ominous for Monday, apart from weather. Re placing, what placing? The RNS says ODX have enough cash for now and IF IF IF IF IF they needed a placing it would not happen until conditions were right, which they aren't right now AND there is NO IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT. I have not written it word fir word with the RNS but it IS basically what it said. In fact this has been a good week in that ofx have the CE approval which opens a HUGE market let's get moving with the selling!
https://www.inquirer.com/health/cancer-treatment-leukemia-car-t-penn-20220202.html
As mentioned in other post, not directly to do with Hemo but at Penn and using CAR-T.
Very encouraging news
SWAG: take your point re knowing about CE, let's say they had a pretty good feeling or possible off the record nod but prior to that were sounding out at the time the sp was falling. 5p sp to get funds was toooo low then and still is now. Odx said, roughly, when things were more favourable(?) But they don't need anything right now (?)
Just happy the sp is on the up !!
Sharebel: I'm sure most of us can read and while CE is conditional on additional data by 31 March there is NOTHING to say we don't have that data and could not submit BEFORE deadline.
I don't read it as "not good news", its another but but the GOOD NEWS is we are getting there and will be soon.
SOD UK CTDA would be good to have it but we all feel there is something inherently wrong there. We have to jump through loops and the £3.7 billion Chinese don't!!!! Gov shenanigans
Marik: IMHO the recent rns's, while slightly "loose" in absolute clarity re placing does say we have ample cash for now and I believe it prudent, assuming they already new about CE approval, to sound out avenues for cash at some time in the future but not imminent. If sales boom we might need a bit to progress.
Marik: CE-Mark for self-test for VISITECT® COVID-19 antigen test
Have i misunderstood your question ?
Phil : You are not alone on being underwater but at least we NOW, at last, have some trajectory and an approval, got to be good news, no? !!!!
Hopefully this is just the beginning of a raft of approvals, clear up DHSC money owed to us, £2.5 Mill preproduction confirmation of no refund, machinery bought for peanuts......NO IMMINENT PLACING REQUIRED.....THE WORLD (EXCLUDING OUR HOME MARKET) IS THERE FOR US and the sp flys on a sea of POSITIVE RNS.
IMHO odx are getting things sorted but wished they communicated clearer.
Odx have said they have ample cash so no placing imminent imho
Great news on CE, bloody authorities ****ing with UK Diagnostics again...MORE data. Why didn't they ask for it before...tw*ts!!
Looks like Europe is the bigger market for ODX so b*lls to your UK.
Still no reply or even acknowledgement from Maggie Throup -Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Department of Health and Social Care (Vaccines etc) re answers as to how exactly the UK gov is supporting UK Diagnostics. I know MP's are busy but they do have admin people. I will keep mailing...might try a phone call. CTDA is yet another example of two sets of rules, depends on size and colour of envelope as to which rules apply or whole other regime.
Surprised they had not put in for UK home use at the same time??? What else could apply to home which does/doesn't apply to pro use??? (Rhetorical)
Odx, let's try and make some money now....get that gov machine running and sod what the DHSC say or think !!!!
IMHO , the recent rns, while a bit ambiguous, said "As per the announcement of 19 January, the Company HAS SIGNIFICANT CASH resources"
I , like many, am underwater and feel an action group makes some sense but the agenda is important.
Better comes from ODX on what they are actually doing day to day. What are they doing re £2.5 mill. Are they mounting any kind of fight with Gov over £300 mill "non contract" , compensation ? Are we playing hardball or doing nothing but acting the victim?
I invested due to a good supply contract and was duped!!! Who is accountable and how can the company be salvaged and grow.
resources"
Whoops, wrong board.....
For what it's worth, I just mailed Maggie Throup MP, again, in her as Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Vaccines and Public Health, seeking a detailed response to my emails which asked in which way the gov was actually supporting UK Diagnostics. I also detailed the various shenanigans with payments and ctda......I await a reply! Will it make a difference to Odx/ Gdr/Abi . Well who knows BUT at least it's something constructive while I wait. (Think what happened at HUR when we ALL got together)
SEND a mail asking questions to which there has not been a detailed, true or satisfactory answer. Please send to PSVP@dhsc.gov.uk. fao Maggie Throup
Should we still be worried?

Same as usual. Tiny amount of sells 0.1% and sp dropped 3.3% but if they were buys the sp would not budge!!
Roll on news, awards, orders and more, try and stop the SP booming then !!!!!!!!!
Sharehunter: I like your enthusiasm and don't wish to put a downer on it but could you explain what and £ 10 billion NHS Increase Capacity Framework contract (not awarded and value dependant on demand) directly has to do with NNN. You also mention Volz as a, I think, billion dollar company. Where is this valuation from?
As a holder I am really pleased the sp has moved and would like it to continue but would like it to be based on facts or it all tumbles later
