Instead of that I've actually invested in a BOD who do not seem accou table, spent money on expanding Alva, pursuing lft but not doing due diligence or having the ability to read while at the same time sucking the life blood out of the company with salaries not commensurate with the performance of the company. This latest RNS beggers belief!!!!
IMHO stopping the placing, open offer and directors entitlements was imperative. The BOD spent £8 million (?) On ALVA and got SF All back and then want more money! PLEASE!!! They will have to WORK on the issues with no money unless they would like to chip in. How much have they got in the company? Exactly!!!! Bugger all, probably less than the losses being carried by many shareholders.

Where do the BOD come from, Primary school......and HOW much do ODX pay them? I think time for a egm and kick them out. "Who will replace them? What will happen to the company" , I hear pi's asking. Does it really matter? The company would save 000's, what is the BOD combined salary? In the RNS they are saying "3rd party data", did no-one think to check anything? Was it the same people who "didn't check the dhsc non-supply contract?
I know it's AIM but FCA or police fraud squad need to come in......a broad daylight robbery has and is taking place!

If my reading is correct the UAE said it supported increased production but NOT that has or will.
OPEC voted to NOT increase......mind you it was enough to shave the oil price....tomorrow is another day and HUR still in a much better place than it was and should get better going forward IMHO

Mirosol: Reason for asking what price BP pay, I read somewhere it's not today's price per barrel but some formula, was simply to see how much extra revenue there would be due to the surge in oil price.
An extra $20-30 per barrel would equate to a hefty revenue increase for the next shipment if BP are actually paying Hur current market price?

Can any of you "knowledgeable" holders simplify the price BP pay for oil to Hur . Is there a rough, no frills, crude (excuse pun), simple way of guesstimating the shipment value? Something simpler than the info below!!

Easyp: Agree. Its only due to the robbers (previous bod) that the is any "rising from the ashes" necessary. Had the BOD been honest then the sp would have already been MUCH much higher than it is now. Great to see the sp up and continuing to s l o w l y increase but look back at where the sp once was! Hur still very much undervalued.
I still don't know how/why the FCA or even police did not act...we were all watching a robbery taking place in broad daylight and I for one would like my £ 1 or flesh in compensation (yes, I realise the phrase is "pound (lb) of...)

Sad that a war is the only way of getting our SP to where it should be. Vastly undervalued and a way to go for true value.
BTW, the new price per barrel, is it right this will add £5-10 million to next shipment or maybe more?

I think Mayo, maybe like me, is currently (in the putinonomic FTSE free fall climate) a LNWI and just looking for some "blue" on the screen in amongst all the red !

Mayonnaise: The wise LTH will say patience, just wait but its difficult. Consolidation has, in the recent past, meant a loss for me too but supposedly being patient will bring in institutional buying and we won't be seen as an aim "penny" share but we are if you divide by 50.......and what sp is the result.....lower!!!

Directors should resign or at least somehow take or be forced to take very large pay cuts in line with the percentage destruction of the company by them.
No placing, no extra money, NO to CLN , how about putting a sweat on and go after the dhsc money owed (yes, I know good law case in May but ODX would like the money NOW. How about going after the hov for compensation over Alva. They don't seem to be doing too much else.

Not that the FCA would do anything about it (considering they have done NOTHING about BOD'S flagrant lies, deceit and secrets) but would the BOD telling spivs about the vote, so, be considered a for of insider trading? Surely any confidential company info is "market sensitive" and there should be an RNS of any significant info. Obviously, while one looks at the reality I am wearing my "fair, legal and moral" glasses!
