Very interesting, in particular buying the refinery on the hep for $167 mill and months later its worth $500 mill. Perhaps them are trying the same trick with Hur,,,,,,,well maybe "perhaps" is too loose a word!!! The BOD tried to sell us off once, cheap, to the bond holders and I feel here we go again!!!! There is such a whiff in the air with this Bod, who is on the make?

IMHO it's market sentiment and not a fundamental issue with Barclays. The market is playing the sp, tarring all Bank shares with the same brush!
To put some perspective on SVB's standing in banking they are/were ranked something like 2500th in the world (I think) with a cap of $16 billion and funded predominantly by venture capital.
Barclays sp will rebound 20% in short term is my guess so buying soon

Can we effectively argue with the board? What percentage of shares do we, the pi's have as against the "major" shareholders?
While everyone says hold, we still own our share of Dev, I see it as ANOTHER example of the financial shenanigans directors can get away with in plain sight. Legal swindling again.

They should hang their heads in shame with the destruction of the sp on their watch and reduce wages until something is produced.
I guess it's just another example of AIM swashbuckle ways, rinse as much money as possible from the market and shareholders with stories of "this time next year..." It's criminal but happens over and over again

Happydays: I agree, a revenue producing contract and an approval or two would also be good. Re Vatic, just because they are gone doesn't mean the end of that as the assets and IP were bought the same day as administration was announced by UK and US companies. My guess would be they wouldn't cut the relationship with Abdx as so much ground work was already done.....I hope.

BTW, a side note, I loved the way it was reported that Vatic was a UK government backed company who were given funds to develop a covid test! Outrageous, as we know the gov shafted most UK based companies.

Happy: Well said re JB. I did suggest to him, in a recent post, that he should please stop bleating in every post or just sell and take a hit. He states he is down £40k which if true must hurt but I really don't understand how he thinks his "doom and gloom" negativity might help this sp. If anything, not that anyone is influenced to buy or sell by reading these posts (maybe), you would imagine he would be singing the praises of abdx, putting forward all the potential advances and decrying the unfairness of an sp so cheap and do for a fly !!!!
BTW JB your suggestion that companies do not want to do business with abdx due to dhsc is factually so false. Look at the rns's. Secondly, it was not abdx who were at fault but rather, as judged, the dhsc for withholding payments.

What most, if not all, of us know is if there is any positive news (and many believe there will be but don't know when) then this sp will fly. There are many many irons in the fire and we only need one or two to see the sp jump significantly!!!

Well 153k sold out of millions and a director buy the other day of a million. People do sell and others buy.....!!!
Agree, sp not great but as you said we could do with some material news of a revenue variety! When that happens the sp will fly.
Your posts seem to read negative most of the time ???

Hardly a dump, just a small sell. 122m shares in Abdx so tiny tiny. Agree its not great for sentiment but you/I/We have no idea why they sold or if they made a loss or profit at this low price. I think a 1 mill or biggersell would, perhaps, be more significant.
The "no rns" with confirmed revenue is the negative sentiment on the sp. I'm way down on this sp but one positive will see it FLY but am concerned that one middle, "wishy-washy" or negative might be too much!
