Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
.....chinese tests via american company headed by a ceo, chinese parentage and had lived/studied in wuhan and just prior to pandemic had tied up chinese manufacturer supply contract! uk gov paid hundreds of millions to his company for tests which were flown in, had terrible efficacy and did not seem to have to go through the same approval process as abdx. matt han****, the then health minister, lived in a tiny suffolk village which "just" happened to be about two miles from another tiny suffolk village (as in we are talking very rural) where the american supply company's uk "responsible person" lived!!!! the smell was bad then, still smells now but strangely (satire) no connection seems to ever have been made! uk gov asked uk consortium to "gear up", supply contracts issued......no orders ever placed and uk tests tied up in a never ending cycle of approvals and tests.......meanwhile chinese tests flown in one way and "our" money flown out on return flights!!! i can't remember the figures but i think it was billions of pounds. bitter still, you bet!!
We PI's know they are as "thick as thieves" at board level. They tried and failed before to "steal" / give the company away but unfortunately they got away with it this time in plain sight!
Fantastic deal for Prax and pay us pittance in 2026 paid for from revenue on OUR oil!
Would love to find out how many on the board got/get "sweeteners......
Well the share buy back is really having a great effect on the sp and it is are withheld dividends from the covid period they are using to boot!!!
Ok, i have a simplistic veiw of it all and there are many factors involved but I would my preference would have been to have had a higher dividend, cash in my pocket, than watch as the sp dips while they spend on shares!!

Are there articles of association for Veative or Launch my career? Can someone tell me are we veative or launch my career and is there a company secretary and any valid contact address/phone number or email?
I did look at the veative website which is, to me, just a page and nothing else. I also got bits and pop ups galore from it! This scenario is like we have been robbed or we think we have, we think the robbers are easily identified and we think we know what's gone but at the same time we don't really know much as the potential robbers won't tell us what, if anything, they might have stolen. It's crazy
Do we still have directors whom we are paying and they tell us, the part owners of the company, nothing! How long does due diligence take on a company with very little apart from, hopefully, IP assets.
"As a result, we are very excited about the future of the business and are confident about the near term prospects of the business."
Didn't sound like a company in trouble, something very wrong inside NNN
I'm not saying cash isn't tight but I thought the RNS
"sufficient cash resources to finance its operations through to June 2023 (not factoring in any capital expenditure). In addition, the Company is finalising a claim for a Research & Development tax credit, which may provide additional working capital beyond this date."
Have I not seen another Rns with the nine days???
Typo: on the cheap......perhaps they are
Very interesting, in particular buying the refinery on the hep for $167 mill and months later its worth $500 mill. Perhaps them are trying the same trick with Hur,,,,,,,well maybe "perhaps" is too loose a word!!! The BOD tried to sell us off once, cheap, to the bond holders and I feel here we go again!!!! There is such a whiff in the air with this Bod, who is on the make?
Several banks crashing? I thought only SVB funding gap and market sentiment dragging general banking sector down. Hardly a crash!
IMHO it's market sentiment and not a fundamental issue with Barclays. The market is playing the sp, tarring all Bank shares with the same brush!
To put some perspective on SVB's standing in banking they are/were ranked something like 2500th in the world (I think) with a cap of $16 billion and funded predominantly by venture capital.
Barclays sp will rebound 20% in short term is my guess so buying soon
Can we effectively argue with the board? What percentage of shares do we, the pi's have as against the "major" shareholders?
While everyone says hold, we still own our share of Dev, I see it as ANOTHER example of the financial shenanigans directors can get away with in plain sight. Legal swindling again.
McGurk: Did you perhaps miss something? Destroy your own house, pat yourself on the back that the front door still works…. and then say you'll pay yourself (and others, shareoptions ) more to tidy the garden a bit!
They should hang their heads in shame with the destruction of the sp on their watch and reduce wages until something is produced.
I guess it's just another example of AIM swashbuckle ways, rinse as much money as possible from the market and shareholders with stories of "this time next year..." It's criminal but happens over and over again
Wo der Bra Support for covid test!!!
I'm really glad she wasnt pushing us to get a vontract
look what it did for us!!! I do think it rich though that Han**** should say she was bullying him on contracts when there is STILL an awful whiff of something wasn't right coming from his very small area of Suffolk https://www.heraldscotland.com/politics/23151671.michelle-mone-rise-fall-scotlands-bra-queen/
