Would have thought the accounts would have been straight forward unless someone has had bags of cash away! Amount of money in, minus expenditure (including exorbitant salary amounts and expenses) = what's left!
Value of fixed assets and there's the total..........how long does an overpaid consultant/accountant need to put that together..........unless they find a tin of worms and company money has been going here there and duffin where!!
Harv99 : Have you got an address in Tamworth for CJ ?
Typo: something the court stopped
Kever- Srnse and many others fought yo stop PI'S being had over, something the virtually stopped. Unfortunately he/they/we could not stop the take over.
So here is the position, roughly. The company gave us our money and we get iou's from the purchaser which will be paid off with money from our producing well and all the time the oil price has been rising. Its a great deal if you can get one like this!!! Bad gor us though
Anyone know where to contact the main suspects?
I would like to know where MY money and the money of all PI's has gone.
Let's find them and apply whatever pressure we can.
The "authorities" are not forthcoming so time for a new tact before the money and fraudsters completely disappear without a trace. Someone must know where to find them ?
"email FSA , Poppletons and any one else you can find and ask the question..the more people who do it the better"
Did anyone get any replies from anyone?
Plain robbery, huge number of witnesses, clear irrefutable evidence, main suspects are known and not hiding (although gone VERY quiet) and still no authority investigating the crime. How is this possible?
One year on from this confident positive RNS.
What's happening with our "joint" volz business etc...???

So, did some major shareholders say no added to the no's from smaller PI'S (Perhaps we made a difference) or what else would have changed their minds? I know this bod are cranky but they wouldn't have suggested consolidation just as an exercise to see?........or would they have???
Calderkate: Glad you got to vote against. Might still be time for others to vote AGAINST !
Then it's in the lap of the God's..........or crotch of the robbers (bod)
Like many I am stuck, unless I sell at huge loss, and at the mercy of the market and the heist masters on the BOD.
Calderkate: Vote, its the one thing you can do to try and change the outcome. Apathy is the BOD's best friend!!
The how to vote will, I guess, depend on where your shares are held. I got an email from HL to let me know and followed their instructions, really simple. You can , I believe if you didn't get email notification, phone up and /or email your instructions. First thing to do is phone whoever is holding yiur shares and ask how to vote in odx shareholder meeting. They should then guide you.
Phone up HL and give them verbal instruction or/and email them your instruction
Vote against consolidation. Its a rocky road and slippery slope if these mothefocking robbers get away with another heist with what's left of our share value.
Vote against Jag and consolidation now!!!!
Consolidation "might" not happen if as many shareholders as possible vote AGAINST the proposal. There is time, just. I'm with HL and just voted against, time limit is by tomorrow. So, if you can vote, take the time to do it Now. Vote against this ridiculous idea which will just cost us poor suffering shareholders even more in losses. Nit one of my shares which consolidated ever rose in value
It's great when a strategic investment improves and I'm not negative on knb or held but our ipoh was at 6.5p and held, I think 3p (knb got a 30% discount ) and had invested £750k. So today both sp's are languishing wY below their ipoh prices.....a long way down!
I am hoping both companies gain some momentum and create revenue and profit soon
NNN issued an rns referring to "interested parties and giving them a LIMITED PERIOD to carry out due diligence".
Anyone any idea how long a "limited period" has been granted for? Is there a general understanding in the market of how long? ...or is this a "piece of string" period?
Is it up to Resolve to resolve or/and who will call the general meeting for shareholders BEFORE anything of value is moved out of the backdoor and out in carrier bags?
