It is useful to know how many shares a poster holds as we can weigh his or her opinion accordingly. Whether they are truthful is another matter but I tend to assume most folks are honest . I hold 14m approx and am still very much underwater but am fairly hopeful with current developments and cu price.

Mrs Trellis from North Wales would occasionally write in to I'm sorry I haven't a clue . An amusing radio show hosted by the late Humphrey Littleton . Humph was always pleased to read out her letters. She was pithy amusing and interesting. Sadly the Trellis we have to tolerate here is miserable, misinformed and mirthless. So I for one will be would be delighted if he ceased haranguing us. His faux concern for shareholders and his pointless questions are very wearing . He has promised to leave us in peace. Lets hope he keeps his promise.

A few posters are pouring cold water on BZT. One even suggests that posters are only interested in making money and have no morals . Perish the thought , as if we are a deplorable bunch of Trump supporters. Anyway shareholders in BZT are quite excited about the news that the long awaited Mankayan disposal is finally happening. So the share rises on good news what is wrong with that? This is what gives confidence to shareholders and substance to the balance sheet. And yes we are awaiting news from Hope project but this may be a few weeks away.

When he joined he took part in a fund raising at around .36 and has contributed to various subsequent fundraisings.
The point is that he is putting his money where his mouth is.

Colín Bird has a substantial shareholding in BZT and is still underwater at these prices. Everything points to a serious improvement in sentiment towards small cap exploration companies and I think Colin expects to make a packet on Bzt. Copper prices are focusing interest on this company . Bidens election can only increase the trend. BZt has cash, strong assets, great prospects and newly acquired expertise. I feel very optimistic .

Only points I would add is the rising copper price (steady gold) and newly acquired expertise in the BOD. With costs of salaries shared through other affiliates. It all adds up to a big potential SP upside here. All looks good to me.
I have added 928740 to my holding today which was recorded as a sale .

I have not posted here for some time and am intrigued by the number of newbies who are dreaming of untold riches that may be unlocked here. I have reinvested after a long lay off for three reasons the copper price is rising , the SP is back to a low level and I think Colin Bird is a good salesman. The frenzy of the last few days may be repeated again but probably not until we hear some news. . Some of the LTH's might also use this correction to average down.
Incidentally my purchase was marked down as a sell as usual .

To answer the question as to how much the SP would be if the assets were in Australia Canada or USA. I suggest you read Red Notice by Bill Browder. He explains how his company's Russian was systematically stripped of its cash and assets by corrupt law enforcement agents and crooked judges. The risk of losing everything to corrupt officials is why the SP is so low. Russia is a gangster state run by kleptocrats and any successful company runs the risk of being raided by these criminals.

LR was quite upbeat at the GM . There were 2 shareholders present and some official types representing proxies . Caveat. we missed you. The message was good .and quite reassuring
There have been two major obstacles in our way.
Namely the expiring Licence and the expense of maintaining our key asset. They are of course interlinked but I think we now have a perfectly viable solution. MMIH are going to take over the liability of funding the work for the licence renewal and then they will inject it into their portfolio of copper assets in the Phillippines. This portfolio will then be valued by an authorised SGX expert and then be represesented as the assets of CHX on the Singapore Stock exchange after an RTO. LR assures us that MMIH is very serious and is keen to get on with this . They have the means and the connections.
BZT gets a £ 5.9m shareholding and retains 20% ownership of BZT.
Most of this is in the RNS of course. I am quite happy with this . Especially , now the prospect of liquidation has been removed.
I would expect a new fundraising to be accompanied by news of developments in Zambia and all this with the likely event of taking possession of nearly six million quid in less than a years time when our lock out expires.
Good enough for me to start accumulating shares again.

Hope to see some of us at the GM tomorrow. The Mankayan disposal deal is about to be formalised . There are a few conditions to be met but a clear route and potentially profitable exit for BZT share holders has been established . The SP has not seriously factored in this this possibility yet.

My beef is with shareholders who rant and criticise and spout hot air and insults. They do not show up at meetings just whinge at those who do. All plus fours and no breakfast as my Lancastrian father in law would say
I incidentally went to the AGM unlike most posters here. There is an honourable exception who knows who he is who also attended . At the AGM I called on CB to sack LR. I also abstained on the motion to grant share allocations which could have closed down their route to further funding. I was outvoted , just!
Trellis can carry on heroically criticising the BOD on these posts, bravely behind anonymity whilst those with "no balls "can up show at the AGM and actually vote and speak out . But this would be the surrender approach of a busted flush wouldn't it Trellis?

Trellis set up the BAG and subsequently bowed out when he had to undergo several operations. He now feels he has the right to **** off the remaining members (of which I am one ) whenever he feels like it.
He spouts a lot of of uninformed gossip about what the BAG does or does not do. We are a merely a small group of concerned investors who took on the onerous task of attempting to pin down and interrogate the BOD and to subsequently .advise interested members via email of what was raised at the meeting and the responses
FYI we had set up a meeting with LR to discuss the interims this week but he cancelled at the last minute and we are trying to rearrange for next week. So kindly back off Trellis, we are mighty fed up with your baseless allegations. We do after all have quite of lot of shares and you have next to nothing, as you freely admit .

The Sp has collapsed from 2p in Aug 2017 to .40p in Dec 2017 and now around .06.p. It is basically worthless at this price and reflects the complete lack of faith in the BOD to manage and dispose of the company's assets. . The company is fast running out of cash and we expect another massive placing soon.. Colin Bird our chairman has invested and was our main hope but has gone disappointingly quiet lately. The assets remain intact but the licences will need renewing.
So we the Bezant action group, have decided to put one of our shareholders on the board. He is a chartered accountant and an expert in fund raising and now our main source of hope. The process to have him appointed is under way. Once established, provided he is elected, he may see a way to unlock some value out of our assets . At that point the shares may well come back to life..

Nothing to report sadly. His last communication was a week ago when he told us he had suffered a relapse and that the hospital were going to keep him for 2-4 weeks. So we do not expect to hear for a while unfortunately.
