George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
As quoted in the half year results, "Underlying profit margins were lower in the first half, but are expected to improve in the second half"
If the margins are improved as stated, maybe we could get a decent rise come Nov.
Here's hoping they are controlling their costs.
Good find NewChapter, and a good read. Should help the future share price. We could do with news on a contract, this might give this share a much needed boost.
Let's not forget Hydro too.
Unless she's pro wind farm, like Nicola Sturgeon is. Let's blight the country with them ugly things. NOT.

Red Inky: This was copied from Gov.UK.
Unlike other countries in Europe, the UK is in no way dependent on Russian gas supply. Our single largest source of gas is from the UK Continental Shelf and?the vast majority of?imports come from reliable suppliers such as Norway.
There are no gas pipelines directly linking the UK with Russia and imports from Russia made up less than 4% of total UK gas supply in 2021.
Great Britain’s highly diverse supply sources include pipelines from the UK and Norway continental shelf, interconnectors with the continent, and 3 liquified natural gas (LNG) terminals, providing Britain with one of the largest LNG import infrastructures in Europe. Germany, for example, has no LNG import terminals.
I suspect they will be used overseas first, especially countries dependant on Russian gas. The UK will be too slow to react.
Should be grid not supply
Just seen the news with Seth Grae, it was short and sweet, but definitely sees nuclear as an energy option, even highlighted the use of some of the old coal plants as development options, which makes sense as they can easily connect up to the electricity supply as its already at them locations.
Thanks for the post 'ybhere'
This isn't really the place to come for advice. I'm sure you'll get an opinion, but they can often be wrong too. Everybody seems to agree that Rolls are a good LTH, but I also hold Lloyd's as a LTH too. So I've been about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Good luck whatever you do.
Here's hoping Joules recover well, on a plus side there are no open shorts, which must be a positive.
I'm holding for the long term, and averaging down had to be a must. GLA
Cheese Burgers, pmsl, I bet nobody goes short on their cheeseburgers this winter. They'll be mighty cold eating them though. Don't forget it's your final day to submit your meter readings today.
Here's hoping the dollar drops, doubt it will drop today.
So much for Frankfurt being up, must of been wind. Albeit its not a measure where we will go today.
RR Frankfurt is up this morning, here's hoping we follow suit.
I think personally its a s**t or shine plan, which puts pension pots further at risk. Heres hoping its a master plan in a guise. I wonder too, if the people with 2 homes get that £400 twice!
Was it not 12th September!
Not a problem Edward75, here's hoping for better news, sadly, inflation and a week pound won't help at all. Maybe, 'they will bring a rabbit out of the hat' and we'll all be celebrating. Fingers crossed

Nice to see RR as the highest ftse100 riser today. It will be a great day for us all if this topped up with ITP monies coming through. And be a change to getting news on a red day. Here's hoping! GLA
