George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Thanks CW1966 that is good advice.

I wasn't watching the stop loss, I seen your post re Joules, which I had been watching Joules after JTT (Or the cat) had recommended them, I hesitated and missed the sharp rise. But put them on my radar, albeit a dodgy radar as I'd missed the sharp fall. Hence your post made me investigate why, and what was causing the massive drop, then realised it was probably the market over-reacting to news that didn't warrant such a drop, as often happens. I'm in as a long term holder with RR, but I strongly believe in the company. After the last couple of announcements we can only hope for this being 3rd time lucky. I bailed out of IAG a while back, but am still hopeful for Nanoco.
Roll on the 12th, maybe some good news to help the SP. Thank you CW1966 for posting the other day about the drop in Joules, I have been following them with the view of jumping in, perfect timing for me and now in at 35.00, as usual the markets were overreacting. GLA
I bought in this morning as it seemed a great price to enter. I do think the market is overreacting as usual. Of course I may of missed something. Definitely worth a LTH for sure and a good addition to my portfolio. GLA
The UT was 7 million. If JM has shorted Rolls, I hope they get scolded, and someone gets a good telling off for trying to prove themselves right by dragging the price down.
Thanks for the link draft. With all the R&D work that rolls has invested in, which will inevitably turn in into a very healthy balance sheet in the near future. I've held Rolls shares for a couple of years now, and boy what a journey a lot of us have been through. We will eventually reap the rewards from the seeds we have sown. GLA DYOR its all there.
Why not use a UK broker.
Retirement _plan, Ony you can make that decision, but I personally believe if you have a chance to average down then maybe it might be worth it. I've been in for a couple of years now, and I can only hope we all get a fairy tale ending. I suspect JPM have a vested interest in what their doing, and wouldn't be surprised if we see a big buy coming in this week.
Whatever you decide, I wish you all the best.
Kwasi needs to get some contracts written up, ideally to some British firms. We could be on the brink of something very exciting for RR. Here's hoping.
I'm a long term holder too, when we touched 1.50 I did consider selling, OK in hindsight that would of been a good move, but I don't need the money for about 6 years and from the offset I had decided not to sell until it is retirement time. I find it quite reassuring that the likes of Red_inky hold their investment, because they believe in RR. There is a lot in the pipeline as most of us know, and I strongly believe my investment will reap rewards, my low average does help as I am in the blue, and so will a lot more people in the future if you hold. DYOR GLA
I wouldn't be surprised if we hear in the near future about Wylfa on Anglesey being used for Rolls Royce's SMR's. Fingers crossed.
I'm afraid when it comes to multiple gains or losses your statistically at a loss. They offer them as its easy money for them as a whole, we as traders are open to a degree of risk, multiply the risk by 3, 5, 20 plus many other options, dependant on what your investing on, then unless you have lots of experience and good info, then the odds are against us. As JTT said: "Much better to buy and hold, long term investments always pay off." After all you keep the units you buy when you hold, there are to many variables that take out stop losses. I'm ashamed to admit that I have lost heavily by investing for leverage x5 and I would always advise anyone not to do so unless your really Savvy to stop your losses or take your gains at the right time. Albeit,I wish you good luck and fortune.
I wonder if they'll settle the pay dispute in Airbus Broughton before Thursday, balloted action to strike!
3 x the gain that will be superb! How about 3 x loss, it happens so easily, and so quickly, stop losses can come so quick so be careful with any leveraged position.
Been there and made lots, but lost more than I've ever gained. I wish you good luck, but be mindful it doesn't work out for everyone.
Positive read. Still at a bargain price, I doubt it won't be long before we start seeing a rise in the share price. Do we know what financials
we need for Moodys to raise the credit rating, once this happens, and I'm sure it will, then we should see a good steady rise. GLA DYOR
If we don't break 120+ today I can see it being broke by Friday, when the analysts are putting BUY recommendations the market normal react to it. I think personally 120 is still under value and its one of the few recovery stocks to yet make a big move. I'm hoping the financials on the 24th also give Rolls more appeal to investors. GLA DYOR
It's frustrating, very frustrating, lots of us are fed up, but we've come so far, stayed and supported Rolls Royce and took big risks, ask yourself WHY! but the tide will turn, it has to.
Once Rolls shows better financials, the credit rating will change for the better, with an ever increasing order book and new developments on the horizon, it will be 'Happier days' to come.
GLA - DYOR
Totally agree, Rolls has been quite disappointing lately, let's hope the end of the month brings some news that will keep us investors interested. I think the earnings report on the 24th Feb may be of interest for us, albeit the 9th December was disappointing given Omicron came at the same time. Fingers crossed for better days.
I see this often, HL close the price exactly 16:30, this is the norm. Often gets corrected later.
This is good news, I can confirm that the some of the beds that were purchased for the overflow centres that were built, are now moving over from the likes of Deeside Leisure Centre into local hospitals, so at least the resources are been re-located and put to good use. Obviously the beds won't be needed and are being moved to areas that need them. I don't work in the hospital, just an inpatient.
