I’m in! Seems to me that this is significantly undervalued and a lot of investors have been spooked by the complexity of the story and the horrific share price falls to date. But underneath it all is a solid product and a growing market - this could easily double in a year imho.

Results look very good to me - does anyone have any concerns? The only thing I was slightly surprised by was 75% hedge of oil prices rather than 100%, but nice that it’s for 2 years.

I really hope he manages to successfully reverse out of the mess he’s created without causing much more damage, and we can get back to focussing on Saga!

I think Trump has gone a step too far in starting this war and it will ultimately end messily and lead to his downfall politically, although he will of course always claim victory. I think Trump thrives in simple scenarios where he has leverage and can force his narrative to come true, but this war is complex and becoming more unwieldy every day.

As for Saga, I still believe in the long term thesis but am slightly nervous about the medium term impact of the war - I’m not saying it will definitely impact them but I’m slightly less bullish than I was, given the unprecedented nature of the conflict and its knock on effects, eg oil prices in general, fuel availability, food prices, travel disruption. Fingers crossed for a positive update soon but I won’t be too surprised if there are some words of caution from management.

I’d be happy to be proved wrong though, on both of the above!

I’ve bought a tiny slice back in having sold everything a couple of weeks ago due to Donald’s “excursion”. I agree there might be on opportunity here now but also won’t be surprised if guidance for the coming year is weak/uncertain esp if the war continues. Any views here as to just how vulnerable Currys is to inflation, consumer sentiment etc?

This initial drop seems mad, given the reaffirmed guidance!?
