The innova stats aren’t great, 95% for when you are most acute but mid 70s otherwise...

I don’t see how avacta could not have bettered that (and then refunded the test)... Alastair’s “I won’t push risk down” has probably cost avacta about 800p per share.

If avactas name were on every innova article/document with 70%/95% s&s we would be over £10 per share right now.

So, aside from innova, the stage is set for stage 4 reviews of the other LFD to be reviewed.

No idea how to square David Wilson comments (and other comments from Alastair that saliva is much better than swabs) with the John bell comment that saliva is tricky if you have eaten a hamburger.

If the swab inside mouth works and affimers make it even more sensitive... why not make the avacta test a swab inside mouth and stop faffing around with saliva collection?!

I think they have gone through due process.

They are not sovereign though and they need a swab.

What if we get a curve ball...? Big al says the test will now involve a swab but simply inside of mouth rather than picking your brain out.

Could argue a swab of inner cheek is less messy than spitting into a pot imo.

My point was more innova no longer feels like a stop gap test but is getting a lot of govn attention. What does that mean for avacta, is anything?

Hope that is the only reason. Just find the govn blackout around avacta very odd.
